What's the best way to lose a fat pad? I think I would gain no less than 1-1.5 in. I also read some where on the forums a member saying that during sex it gets pushed back or something, can someone clarify?

You know those black rubber thingies on a gas pump? Well your fat pad gets pushed back like one of these on deep strokes.
However, you really don't want it there - and to see the 1" or so of cock that is hidden from view. Also your relationship partner would tend
to get more excited seeing that cock size visibly, instead of having it stolen from view by the fatpad.
Our members ( and on ************* ) with the slimmest fat pads measure only .250". Many folks have fat pads in the 1-2" range, so if you could remove 1-1.75" of blubber hiding all of your cock from visible view, you and your partner would see a longer and stronger cock!
Consider LIPOSUCTION if you have the money. A member on thunders went from 1.5" fat pad to just under .500", and as long as he maintained his bodyweight, the fat pad stayed gone. He said it was worth every penny, the fact that he got the self esteem boost from seeing it and his partner could see it too was very exciting for him.

Eat healthy and exercise, burn more calories than you eat so your body starts ridding of its reserved fat.
Unfortunately the fat pad is the last area to lose fat if at all for many, but crunches and 6 inches helps as they target your lower abdomen muscles.A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

You need to lose fat. And you should do it the right way. If you add more muscle underneath the fat without losing fat, it will simply appear bigger.
(Technically there is no visible muscle over pubic region, the ab exercises described above are a couple inches above this area).
Look up:
High intensity intervals
Tabata training
And find a good strength training routine to increase your metabolism. More muscle = Higher BMR
Then, start eating right. If you want the most accurate nutrition/fat loss information available today look up lyle mcdonald.Day 1: May 15, 2012

You need to lose fat. And you should do it the right way.
Eating more veggies (5 - 10 servings a day), lean meat (i.e. skinless chicken breast), and whole grains is a good way to start. You should calculate the amount of calories your body needs as well. For losing weight, multiply your current body weight in lbs by 10 - 12. That is how many calories it will take for your body to start eating away at the stored fat (both subcutaneous and visceral). In addition to eating better, you should start doing more cardio (running, hiking, boxing, mma, ect...) for at least 30 minutes a day. Count your calories, read the nutrition data on the labels, and stay away from sugar. Refined sugar is you worst enemy.
Note that this is specifically for losing weight and not gaining muscle. If you want to look good when the fat drops, I would start lifting weights, bulk up (your body weight in lbs multiplied by 16 - 18), and then cut.

I'm 18 5'8 and weigh 180 pounds(i lost 30 pounds). I used to bike ALL day and go a distance of 25-50 miles. I lost a decent amount of fat from that but I don't have the time to do that anymore. I have a gym on campus but its mainly lifting weights and what not. I think what i have left to lose is that last 15-20 pounds people always speak of when they're getting fit. I think I might just start swimming at night after classes.
brkfst - omelet with cheese(low fat) and maybe a sandwich otw to class(100 percent whole grain+some salami and cheese)
lunch - Salad with cheese or 2 slices of pizza if i don't have any food from home(not often)
dinner - Grilled chicken breast with some brown rice and green beans or i just skip it if I'm too tired from classes/work
forgot to mention I have an elliptical, dumb bells, and a bowflex
I'm ready for a change in my life and I'm highly motivated to do this!

Start regular exercise and take proper diet.Prefer fresh fruits and green vegetables and avoid oily food. And also you should calculate the amount of calories your body needs as well. I'm not sure how to specifically target the fat pad, but as far as general weight loss I've found power lifting is extremely good for cardio/fat burning (despite hearing the opposite from almost everyone I've asked on the subject). Make sure not to hurt yourself but lifting weights where you max at 3 sets and maximum 10 reps helped me lose almost 30 pounds in the summer and made the fat pad noticeably smaller. Hope this helpsBPEL---EG-----Date
