I really don't have a well elaborated diet, I eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner what ever everybody else eats at my house, but I add stuff, for example if I feel that what everybody is eating has to little protein I add some eggs or egg whites, and I also almost all the time add some vegetables like spinach and broccoli, and ham or something like that, I also eat between breakfast and lunch another meal, that contains, ham or chicken, and some vegetables.

    I am eating too little?

I got a few questions actually.

First off, im 172 cm, 65-65 kg. My body fat? Based of this picture im at around 16-17 % http://files.builtlean.com/wp-conten...-men-women.jpg

Should i Cut first or bulk right away? I've been lifting for 6 months now or something and been eating bad and sleeping very bad but still putting on some muscle. since i started below 60 kg.

Im a gamer so i stay up all night and play games, but i also got school in the morning, so i sleep maybe 4 hours on work days and 9+ on weekends.

How much more would i of gained if i didnt slack on sleep and eating.

I'm no expert Boosie but I would cut first. I see no reason to ever be over 15% BF when bulking. (I went up to and maybe over 20% and it simply wasn't worth it)

Derocker do you have any tips for cutting below 10%? My macros are typically 200 p/ <100 c/ <100f/1800-2500 calories right now. I lift 5 sessions per week, 3 days, am doing 2 20-30 minute HIIT sessions, some walking, and I do physical labor twice a week.

Caramelocre: for your good, I will keep my answer very short.... yes. There really isn't anything else I can add to that. You can work out as much as you want, you will have to eat much, much, much more.

Boosie: Whether or not you should cut depends on your goal. Do you mind having some fat? Then you should cut. If your priority right now is muscle growth, then bulk. Just make sure your diet is good. Sleep is - a bit - overrated in my opion. I never sleep for more than 5 hours/night and I have never had any problems making gains. Of course, that is if you aren't too tired to work out properely.

Wurzbach: After quiting competitions, I was always around 14-18% fat. It just depends on what you want to look like. I was sick of being lean, even though that might sound really stupid.

Well, I do have a tip, but it may be very controversial. To be honest, I would drop ALL cardio. Although I completely agree that cardio is great to burn fat, it is also a great way to burn muscle. In my experience, cutting below 10% is very tough as a natural, if you don't want to lose strenght and muscle mass. Whenever I was cutting, I simply worked out for 6-7 times a week.
Again, I know this is not a regular advice, but hey, if you want to hear what 100000 other people said before without ever trying it, go to bodybuilding.com

Of course you should change your workout. Don't train at maximum intensity all days.

Whether or not you are able to go below 10% (and stay there!) depends on your genetics a lot. As a natural it can be very tough. Cutting has always been much more challenging for me than bulking. It took me a very long time to figure out what works for me.

Other than that, don't use bullshit diet programs. Just go for a simple diet plan, close to what you have right now seems fine. Stay away from carbs in the evening.

Try to read a bit on the internet about what you are supposed to eat as a bodybuilder. You'll need to think about what you eat A LOT.

              I eat about 7 times a day.

How big are those meals? Also do you mind posting a picture of yourself? (not face) if you are worried about identity.

If you give me an E-mail adress, I can E-mail you one. I'm not very fond of putting personal things on the internet.

Those meals are quite big, but that's because I weigh quite a lot. They shouldn't be too big if you are a "normal" bodybuilder. Still, you should eat more than you want (especially the first months/years you'll probably hate eating that much).

How long does it take to go from 13% to 10% BF without sacrificing strength? I've been making steady strength gains while cutting slowly. About 30 pounds since January. I think going from 202 to 195 over the next two months will get me to my goal or at least close to it.

I can't answer that question, logically. There are too many things I don't know. How many kcal do you eat and how many do you need a day? How much cardio do you do? Etc...

Generally speaking I would say 1-2 months.

What do you think about CT fletchers way of training? Overtraining = Good. Hes not talking about sleeping to little and eating to little. But going very heavy, and as many reps as you can.

That sounds like endurance training with heavy weights and the amount of CNS fatigue you will get from that won't get nice.

It's not the worst "scheme invented by a pro" I've seen. It could be good as a shock training, but definitely nothing to do permanently.
