  • My mission for better health.

Alright, so I started PE about 7 months ago or so. I've seen slight gains. My erection quality has improved. But more importantly than anything, this page has been an inspiration for me to become a healthier person overall. I quit smoking. Over 30 days and still going strong. I'm making sure to take a good multi-vitamin. I have also implemented garlic, l-arginine, cayenne, and ginseng to my diet. I have also recently quit looking at porn and have started exercising more. Now here is what I need to work on. I am struggling a bit keeping a healthy diet. I like my sweets, the occasional cheeseburger, and a couple beers every now and then. Also, I believe quitting porn will help with my sexual health but I would also like to cut back on my masturbation. For the past week I have not allowed myself to ejaculate. However, I still have very intense feelings to touch myself at least once a day. Maybe I'll skip a day here and there but that doesn't happen often. So Any advice you can might be able to give on these issues would really help. I should also mention that I'm not actively doing PE at the time due to the fact that I'm trying to not touch myself (although having problems), or look at porn.

Well you do need to orgasm once a week for health reasons. Keep the swimmers fresh and keep the prostate healthy. You can PE and a little cheat if you have control is to ballon or edge.

Well first I need to figure out how to keep my hand off my dick. If I could go a week or two without touching myself down there excluding washing, I think that would help tremendously.

Major congrats on quitting smoking. That's a big part of being healthier. (after 40 years, I smoked my last tobacco cig 18 months ago - I replaced that vile habit with an ecig)

Just keep working at it and don't cut off the sweets and masturbation completely.. masturbating 3x a week is good for you

I saw that you were struggling with keeping up a healthy diet. Here's what I did to help myself some 4, 5 years ago to get on a healthy diet.

Every time I saw something I may have wanted (like a burger, a candy bar) I would force my face to make a disgusted, cringing look. Like the kind of face you make when you walk into a really bad smelling room, or when you see something that totally grosses you out. I also visualized what that food would do to my body. I would picture myself growing fatter, I would picture my arteries being clogged, I would imagine my organs being coated in a thick film from eating something unhealthy.
I effectively conditioned myself to avoid junk food.

Now, several years later, I am the "health guy" among anyone that knows me. Sure, I'll eat some candy once in AWHILE, but it's never something that I go seeking and certainly never crave it.

Here are some of my dietary suggestions. Candy and baked sweets are never good. Sugar should be enjoyed three times a day at max and preferably in a healthy form like dark chocolate and fruit. Beer is tasty and provides plentiful carbs but too much leads to a depressed physical state.

Cheeseburgers and similar animal products are good every now and then but require high-intensity exercise to digest/metabolize. Remember that in the wild man would have to hunt to have meat. Perhaps a 3-mile run would be better paired with a burger than the typical side of fries.

Supplements/herbs are good but are much more effective with a complete diet including a wide range of vegetables and some good fruit. The synergy is where it's at. Once you get used to eating the healthy way, you will prefer it and enjoy the natural flavors in food much more. Fresh ginger root and garlic alone can provide astounding results to metabolism and cardiovascular vigor. And dinner.
