A friend of mine is a pure meso and trained athletics.He had to run sprints everyday to maintain 5.5% with a clean diet+weighlifting training, yet you say the highest you have ever been is 6.5%.So once again, the chances are you highest bf was at 6.5% would be like one in a billion.In other words you are lying.

LMAO LOVE HANDLES. No, sir, I 100% do NOT have love handles, at all, never in my life. Not even close, I'm literally touching my ribs right now so have fun being deluded

those "love handles" are the shadows of the beginning of my LATS, but like I said my arm is in the way and the light is coming from above.
