Sit on the edge of a chair with palms against the seat. Make sure that your hands are shoulder width apart. Lift behind off the chair and move your feet forward. Maintain a straight posture, head up, chest raised. Make sure that your knees are not bending past your toes. Slowly lower your body off the edge of the chair. Make sure that your elbows maintain a 90 degree bend and no lower. When raising your body to the start position, support your weight with your arms. When extending your arms, keep as straight as possible without locking your elbow. Perform 6 to 8 repetitions per set.

Chair dip exercise for Breast Enlargement

A chair dip is a tricep exercise, not a chest exercise. A lot of people get confussed about this. The more you lean forward when you dip, the more accent you put on your chest. Since the chair dip doesn't allow you to lean forwards, it can't put an accent on the chest and is (nearly) completely a tricep exercise.
I also don't see why you should do 6-8 reps.

Ok.
You can't enlarge your breasts through physical exercise. What you can do is exercise your pectoral muscles (chest) so that your overall chest grows bigger, which will make your breasts stand out as well.
If a bigger chest really is your goal, then I'd focus on the bench press and dumbell flies. With smart training, nutrition and time, your chest will grow bigger.
If saggy breasts are your problem, you can do chest dips and decline bench press as well, since these put more emphasis on the lower chest. Bigger lower chest = lifted brests.
Personnaly I think that exercising your chest will make your bust look a lot better than if you just undergo breast enlargement surgery.
Hope it helps.Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):

Yeah, chair dips is mainly for the tries.
"You can't enlarge your breasts through physical exercise"
You can enlarge your ribcage though, I did. The reason I started working out was that my chest ribs developed kinda pointy. A doctor advised me to go to the gym and do a lot of dumb bell pull overs to expand my chest outwards. It did work. You can still see if you carefully look but it really expanded my ribcage so it is not obvious. The reason why it worked is the fact that I was only 13 and my whole bone structure could be modified this way.Last edited by billybrown; 03-04-2013, 12:41 PM.02/10/12: NBPEL: 6,75" (17cm) MidEG: 4,75" (12cm)

probably the biggest myth in bodybuilding/ Pullovers are NOT a chest exercise, they are a back (lat) exercise.Originally posted by billybrown View PostYeah, chair dips is mainly for the tries.

If done correctly at the proper angle they most definately can work the lower chest, of course the lats are the primary.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I feel the lats more when I do it on the pull over machine while sitting down. When laying across the bench using a dumb bell, as
BigO says, the lover chest can be targeted very well, in fact better then with decline presses.... at least in my case. Laying on the bench using a barbell, the pull over again forces the lats to work more. I think it may have something to do with the difference between tight vertical grip (dumb bell) against a wider horizontal one (bar bell).02/10/12: NBPEL: 6,75" (17cm) MidEG: 4,75" (12cm)

You're right on that one, but you didn't read this post well.Originally posted by derocker View Postprobably the biggest myth in bodybuilding/ Pullovers are NOT a chest exercise, they are a back (lat) exercise.
He said he did Pullovers in order to enlarge the ribcage, and pullovers are a great exercise for that, regardless of whether yo are 13 or 70 years old.
In fact, old school bodybuilders used exercises that involve thoraxcic extension (like pullovers) to expand their ribcage, which would greatly help in their competitions (bodybuilding was different back then and chest size didn't matter as much as it does nowdays. They worked more on expanding their ribcage than on training their chest)Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):

That`s a great video on the subject! Pretty much sums it all up! If you want more info, just look it up on Google or books about old-fashioned bodybuilding.Originally posted by EraStyle View PostInitial Penis size (01/01/2013):

7 years ago, I cooperated in a large-scale test about whether or not pullovers are a chest exercise. This happened in The Netherlands. 3 very experienced scientists and a sports doctor investigated the effect of the pullover on every major muscle in the upper body. More than 150 people cooperated. Back then, I bet with 4 of my friends that the effect on the pectoralis minor and major together would be less than 10%. I'm talking about direct stimulation, not stretching. Lets just say I won quite a lot of money when the results were published. The stress you put on your pectoralis minor and major is nearly non-existant, apart from the stretch.Originally posted by BigO View PostIf done correctly at the proper angle they most definately can work the lower chest, of course the lats are the primary.
Arnold actually has admitted he lied about this, because he was payed to do so by a company that produced fitness machines back then. There are a lot of mythes in Bodybuilding, but this is probably the most consistant one. Pullover is a lat exercise much more than a chest exercise, there is no doubt about that. The fact that you feel a good stretch does not mean you are targeting that muscle.
You would be surprised about how many mythes were created ON PURPOSE by professional, popular bodybuilders. There are a lot of examples. Think about the myth that you have to keep your elbows at the same position when you do curls. This myth was "invented" by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Why? Because sponsors payed him thousands of dollars to promote the "arm blaster". There are a lot of other examples like this.
Video is total crap, by the way.Last edited by derocker; 03-09-2013, 11:03 AM.
