Swimming or running for 20+ minutes would be a good start.
    Restart [4/17/16] 7.5 BPSFL • 7.25 BPEL • 5.125 USEG • 5.75 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG (not valid)
    Goal 1 [7/17/16] 7.75 BPSFL • 7.5 BPEL • 5.25 USEG •
    6 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG

Definitely any cardio, and I'd say exercises that work your core (push ups etc) are also brilliant for stamina.
      Started off with: 15cm BPEL
      Now: 15.6cm BPEL

extending everyday and sometimes doing some manual work as well, depending on if I have time or not

      Goal: 17-18 cm (6.5-7 inches)

Cardio: Jog, jump rope, biking, swimming, those step ups on stairs/mini benches, tennis (Its actively responsive so it gets cardio in there) Shadow boxing.
Stamina: High protein diet, The will to go on, Lots of endurance training, A strong core will help you keep going in a fight too.

Stamina is quite specific to how you train. I can run for miles without a problem, I can cycle for ages - but swimming? I can swim a few laps and I am spent! But my absolute favorite is high rep kettlebell workouts (clean & jerks or snatches) for strength endurance. So 5 minute sets continuous, 1 minute recovery, repeat the cycle 3-5 times. It's a killer but a tremendous workout. So I suggest adding variety to stamina / cardio workouts, and do the exercises that you are the worst at and not necessarily your favorites!

Tennis is a good way to get high intensity exercise. You will practice footwork and hand-eye coordination.

Heart stamina workouts are used mainly by athletes and activities trainers, to increase their cardiovascular stamina. There are lots of exercise which are best for stamina such as running, cycling, biking, jogging, walking, step machines, push-ups, chin-ups, triceps-dips, etc.

Yea running is easy for me (but can always improve and make next run harder). But what's really hard for me is swimming and doing focus mitt workouts and thai pads. Roundhouse kicks will really work your core and after a few of them (20) you'll be huffing and puffing.
