    Sure you could save a bit by buying supplements online.However spare a bit of thought to the gym owner who tries to compete with online sales.
    I have been training for many years now and have seen gyms come and go and change owners and the like.
    Fact is unless the gym is in a large town of city then the owner has an uphill struggle to make any money.
    so if the gym you train in is a bit empty at times then I would suggest you pay a little bit more for your protein powder and help the owner out a bit.
    After all it was probably a staff member in the gym that gave guidance to your dietary requirements and you would miss the gym if it was to close due to bankruptcy.
