I got into a fight a long time ago and took a bad hit to the hip. Now, after months of working out there is no pain but whenever i lift either leg and set it down again they " Pop " into place.I want to start on Muay Thai which involves a lot of leg work.Any tips on how to deal with the hip problem?

chiropractor can get your hip socket back in line. Stretching and light tension exercsies may help to strengthen the ligaments.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
