  • Correct way to measure body parts?

What's the correct way to measure different parts like arms, calves etc? My measurements vary for some reason.

Measure in the same place every time, if you want flexed measurements then measure flexed every time. These can variate if you trained the muscle that day you may still be pumped so measurement will be slightly bigger. For arms, measure at the peak or highest point of the bicep, to the largest part of the tricep

Cold 15, pumped 15.4 ish.... so the max measurement is the true measurement right?

The important thing is to be consistent so max measure is ok if that is what you wish to measure.
