I can give you a better one:
When you wake up do 3 sets of push ups as many as you can
Before you are going to sleep do the same do this for 1 year. In the end you should be averaging about 250+ push ups a day from the day you started even though you only could take 10 in 1 set if that's the case. cuz in the later months of the year you would be able to take like 30+ each set so in total it would be like you did 250 pushups day 1, 2, 3,..., 365

100 pushups in 7 weeks or 250 in 54? And 30 plus each set is still like 100.

30 + each set x 2 sessions is 90 + 90 as you do 1 morning session and one evening session anyway i meant that you would've improved that much that you could do like 50+50+50 + 50+50+50 on average for all the 52 weeks even the starting week when you were weak as i said you should be able to take 250+ minimum..
Meaning that if you add together all the push ups you've done for all the 365 days and divided it by 365 it should be around 250 meaning that you have done 250 push ups a day for a year which is insane

Best to just go to exhaustion. I always do my pushups on my knuckles as well. Variety is good though, put your arms out wide and feel that shit burn!! Tuck em into your sides and blast your Tri's a bit.
Alot of people criticize on my "form" because I do fast pushups, this is just the way I want to train myself. Not looking to increase the number, I want the fast, explosive power in my arms and chest. I like doing the clap pushups too!! Don't pay attention to specific numbers, just keep track of YOUR number, push yourself, go to near or full exhaustion. Your arms should be shaking on the last couple!! Those are the important ones, don't pus out and you WILL see progress.I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

It is. If you have an android or apple smartphone you can download similar apps. Just search for "pushups". I've used one of them and by the time I completed the last workout for the 100 pushups, I tested myself and did 98, so I guess routines like that do work well.Originally posted by camaro View PostInitial Penis size (01/01/2013):

camaro, there are a lot of good suggestions here and it really depends on your starting abilities and your goals.
If you're looking for volume:
I like following a 3 set pattern that starts with doing them once a day then advances to twice a day. If you're not sure where to start; push till you drop, subtract 20%. That is the number of reps per set. Do three sets; 3x per week, first week. Second week do 3 sets every day. Third week, add 10% per set (round-up). Each subsequent week add 10% (rounding-up) until you get to 50 push-ups each set. Switch to 2x a day, 3 sets of 50 in the morning and 3 sets at night. Add another 5 push ups to one group of three sets each week; 3 sets of 50 and 3 sets of 55; then 55 and 55, 55 and 60, and so on.
You may have to drop sets once you start going above 70 and 70. You can add variation to your sets by choosing wide, normal, narrow, diamond, butt up, etc. You could also look at getting the perfect push-up. It was a bit of a fad a while back, but the ability to rotate as you press allows you to target the lower chest in a much more significant way than most other push-ups.
