Penis Issue Please Help

I got soap in my penis and it started to burn and turned reddish when I washed it so I looked on Google on what I should do and someone said to put lotion on it so I did and now its weird the skins wrinkle and when I took a shower some of my skin peeled of on it so what do I do to help it now and I am 16 so its not like I have been having sex yet

But I'd recommend you to tell your mom, nothing to be shy over she will tell you what to do, I can't answer you better than google, but you can ofc wait here and see if someone else can ansewr you or you can submit a thread on other forums, call a doctor, submit a question to an internet doctor or just submit a thread on eHealth Forum.
