  • How's This Routine

Lately I've been doing a lot of endurance exercises to try and get better in the sack. I don't go to the gym and only have a barbell at home. Is this decent enough? Again, I'm not trying to build muscle, just improve what I have.

20x3 Pushups (Close grip, Regular, Wide grip)

    10x3 Squats With Barbell

    25x3 Crunches

    4x10 Barbell Curls

    2x15 Barbell Press (Military Press?)

    2x10 Deadlift

    2x10 Barbell Row

    30 min Cardio Daily

Looks fine also do them as slow as possible. So that you are training more nervous system(strength) than hypertrophy(building muscle tissue).

Add wall sits to the list.

You have a good setup there. If you feel it is getting too easy, you can put it into a circuit. Cut all of the reps in half, and then do three circuits of all of the workouts. This will fatigue your body even further, but as you add circuits you will build up your endurance more quickly than if you stick to the same workout each day. Definitely worth taking a look at, I've been doing circuit training for about a week now and I have definitely noticed in a boost of energy, I feel healthier, and can last longer without getting fatigued.

              Will definitely add wall sits.
I recently started Arginine and Creatine again, plus a ZMA. So this workout is becoming pretty easy with my new supplementation. And @kaspern, I can't do pull ups to save my life lol. Like a max of 3-4. No matter what I do I can't do more.

Check out a book called "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren

He was elite Special Operations physical trainer preparing thousands soldiers, getting them lean and strong.
