    Ok , my jeans don't fit anymore.How do i lose mass in my thighs and ass? Thighs almost 27 in now.....

    what are you eating? Im trying to diet myself need to drop to waist sizes myself. Im just cutting down on carbs and sugar to see what happens.

      Buy bigger jeans! You can still diet and exercise but buy something that fits!

        Well Sheik, buy me some!!

        I eat oatmeal in the morning and rice and curry with an omelet in the evening.

                You forget camaro, I like the hair, so I'd never ignore it. Although I do agree, the painted on jeans would prob. do much better on a bare bottom

                      Hey Camaro. NCGuy is doin the right thing with the reduced carbs and sugar. Oatmeal and rice every day would be considered heavy carb load. I love curry by the way. You need to focus on protein and veg, if meat is an issue than go to servings of mixed beans as they will come closest in providing a complete protein rather than a single type of bean which on their own is an incomplete protein. Granted legumes are a carb, but they are a complex carb so at least they take longer to digest and provide a full feeling for longer. (also pretty rich in the B vitamins, so good for adrenals and stress). By the way, there really isn't any way around cardio.

                          Yes, oatmeal is a carb, but it's one of the good ones. (complex)
                          Is there any way you could find brown rice? What is your veg intake? Can you increase that at all?
                          Oh, I forgot to say "it's great that you eat a lot of eggs, their fantastic for you". Every nutrient know to man except vitamin C can be found in eggs! (and there's your protein too)
                          Well sweet heart, if you can't change your diet much then the responsibility falls primarily on your action or inaction. You gotta move, and watch portion size.
                          The great news is, your not eating a bunch of junk food, your eating real food, most Americans can't say that.

                              So you do get vegetables every day! Good! Really I don't think it's so much your diet, maybe you just need more activity? Unless you think your legs are big due to excessive muscle
