  • Multivitamin. Expensive but best

    <direct url removed>

    put this into Google search:
    Nature's Plus Source Of Life W/Whole Food 180 Tablets

    For the sake of Brevity, I titled these as best. But no kidding, I've been using them on and off for at least 5 years now. I actually get results from these. First time I took them I felt them kick in after an hour and that's no kidding. I did a lot of research on Multi's back then and these were the obvious choice. I still take them today along with a load of other items. But if money isn't a concern, give these a try and I'm sure you won't regret it. This is my opinion and nobody elses. :-)

        Honestly, I would stay away from multi's. If you feel like you need them, then take a look at your diet. The only supplements I recommend are: fish oil, Vitamin D, calcium magnesium and zinc, and a few others if you want to add in. Most should come from your diet.

          Hey DW, what do you mean they "kick in after and hour"? I have taken a lot of supplements in my time and I have never felt any of them "kick in". What does that mean exactly?

            @draggin..
            I think he means he actually felt the effects afterwards, like maybe an energy boost.

            DW...
            Is that your real pic?

            I agree. It's always best to get your vitamins and minerals from natural food sources.

              I am interested in hearing your reasons to "stay away from multi's."

              Also, krill oil is far more effective than fish oil. If you are drinking enough milk, then any excess calcium in your blood stream isn't good, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D would be good supps if that is the case though.

                Don't forget the B vitamins which are hard to come by in our diet.
