  • Measuring muscle bellies?

Hey i was reading that muscle bellies are important in predicting your final size potential.Does anyone know how to know if your muscle belly is big or small?

EG - Flex your arm and hold at 90 degrees, if you can fit one, two or three fingers respectively in between your bicep and forearm, it indicates super, average and poor muscle bellies.Meaning bigger the belly, bigger it gets.

This is also noticeable with forearms - How some guys have big forearms and some guys have smaller ones even if they kinda do the same work.

It is the equivalent of small boned and big boned for muscles -Long or short muscle bellies.

I can fit three fingers between my left bicep and two fingers between my right. My left arm is slightly weaker, but has a higher peak and is more impressive.
