            I like your idea because I am not looking for to gain size. I only want to tone up because at 5'6" tall and 175lbs I have enough mass.

                I'm quite skinny, and I've been willing to gain shoulder volume. I've tried (and sometimes still do) dumbell lateral raises and military press, but what worked for me was definitely shrugs.

                Many of you recommend walking on your hands. I've never tried that, so I wonder how difficult it is for someone who has never done that. I'm pretty sure I'll fall constantly.

                  Yea, it's tricky at first. If you don't want to learn to walk around on your hands, you can use the wall as a support.
