Is there any way to do this? I've got hard time watching what I eat as parents carry loads of unhealthy stuff home and once you're addicted to them it's very hard to say no. I move to my own house soon though.

I personally think 'intermittent fasting' is very good for losing bodyfat. Yes i now some people don't like it but i like it.
You basically don't eat (fast) for at least 16 hours a day and then eat all your food within an 8 hour time frame. With 8 hours sleep (not eating) and then not eating a few hours before bed and then a few hours after waking up it's pretty easy not to eat for 16 hours and then after the first few days you should be able to do it without feeling any hunger.
Lets say if you needed 1800 calories to lose weight, splitting that up in to 6 meals of 300 calories is pretty unfullfilling but with intermittent fasting you would have to eat all your 1800 calories within a few hours timeframe, so you could have a couple of big 900 calorie meals if you wanted which would be very satisfying and leave you feeling very full. Plus with not eating for 16 hours a day you start to burn into your bodyfat.
All my adult life i believed that if you don't eat first thing in the morning the body will go catabolic and eat up muscle. I now realise that's a myth. Since i've switched to 'intemittent fasting' i'm not losing muscle and i'm gradually burning bodyfat and it's definately the easiest method i've found to lose bodyfat because i'm not feeling hunger.
Google ' Leangains intermittent fasting' and read up and even look at the 'before and after pics'.

Lay off the sugars first and foremost, watch your overall daily caloric intake, and EXERCISE.
It doesn't matter if its a half hour speedwalk daily, and pumping a little iron a couple times a week. Even a LITTLE bit of physical activity goes a long way toward reducing your bodyfat, AND increasing your circulation, which in turn can help with Erectile quality / strength. Higher EQ = bigger size.Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

Long term goal - 8"NBP ** 9" BPEL x 6"EG

Yup, eat cleaner and exercise and that's it.
Liposuction would only get rid of your subcutaneous fat (the fat thets just under your skin, which is the less dangerous one. What it won't get rid of is VISCERAL fat, which is the more dangerous fat, that is stored around your organs.
Visceral fat is the one you want to get rid of, and you achieve that with cleaning up your diet and exercising.

There have been threads on this before . The issue is that genetics have a large say in where you deposit bodyfat .
So one guy can be 22% bf with a half inch pad another 12%bf with an inch and a half.
While everyone would have a small pad at 6%, I don't think 6% bodyfat lifetime is a reasonable goal.

6% body fat is really low and is should not be a goal unless you compete or something..
But to answer OP's question just eat less than what you usually eat. You can exercise as much as you want but if you eat like crap and above maintenance caloric levels then you will gain weight. You CAN NOT out exercise a bad diet, doesn't matter if you're trying to lose fat or gain muscle.bpel__eg_bfl__fg
