  • real gym and pegym correlation?

    Hi guys!

For those who train at the gym, we all know that there are people who train less and get more results or the opposite. For example, I always train with the same person, same exercises and he gains a lot faster.

So in a 'real' gym, I am a slow gainer.
In PE, I am also a slow gainer.

Have you guys noticed any correlation as well?

    Thank you

Indeed I also have problem with gaining mass at the gym despite good program and strict diet. Also my PE gains are not so great giving the fact when I have joined.

I have. I m a fast gainer at both at least so far. I have made great progress and due to my current bpfsl i will be making more length gains soon. Im have made the change to do the ultimate jelq to add girth work as well i want it wider. Whoop whoop. One thing i was blessed with was my physical body. Boy do i wish i could sing and dance though. Win some and lose some i guess. Haha

I am a slower gainer at the gym than I am with PE, but with both, I have found that steady, calculated persistence and game plan over the long haul tends to give me the desired results I am after.
        Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

        Short goal -7.25"(goal reached!)NBP** 8.25"BPEL x 5.75" EG (goal reached!)

        Long term goal - 8"NBP ** 9" BPEL x 6"EG

I gain muscle tone and bulk fast at the gym but loose fat slowly. I also plateau fairly easy so I have to switch up routines every month or so. With PE I would say im a slow girth gainer but length comes fairly easy.

Gains are gains. If you gain in the Gym and you gain with PEgym, then you are doing good. Whenever the gains stop, then that is when you need to dig deep and change your routine or diet.

For over 20 years i had a difficult time gaining muscle and when i began PE over 3 years ago i wasn't actually doing any weight training at that time. Then during my first year of PE i was a very fast gainer gaining an inch in length then near the end of that first year i began to weight train again.

Since then i've gained nothing from PE. I'm not saying that the weight training is the reason that i no longer gain in PE but i often read bodypart specialisation articles and those articles mostly say when specialising on a lagging bodypart cut down the workouts on your other bodyparts and that way your recuperative powers increase and then you can focus all your energy on bringing up that lagging bodypart. Obviously when i didn't weight train i was only training my penis and the only bodypart that had to recuperate was my penis.

I'm not giving up weight training because i really enjoy it but for the reasons above i do sometimes wonder if my weight training is the reason that i now struggle to gain in PE.
