  • Aiming to lose 100 lbs - Fat pad?

I've been reducing my calorie intake gradually until now where it's at, 1200 a day. With an exercise routine daily I will also be burning atleast 400, making it impossible to not lose weight.

I'm 310 atm, lost 15 lbs in the last month, yes water weight, but it's motivating. (actually, my stretch marks have turned pure white, they are usually pink, used to be dark red)

I've noticed that I have quite the fat pad, will it go away as I lose the weight? It will seriously add atleast an inch when I am not pressing down around my penis.

My BPL is 7.5", would be nice to be able to use it all, and maybe get that last 0.5.

Pictures of the problem are on my profile.

Zhall, 1,200 will affect you negatively in many many ways.

go to IIFYM ? If It Fits Your Macros find your maintenance intake, drop 15% of that and do 40% of your macros as Protein, 40% as Carbs, and 20% as Fats.

I was 234 and lost 16 lbs in 6 weeks, trust me you're doing it wrong.

I dunno man, I've been trying without cutting back this hard for a few months, no progress.

          Either way it's worth it.

If you weighed 325 pounds and done any regular exercising you'd need 4000 calories a day to maintain your weight on accident. Even just not sitting around all day at that weight and not working out youd still need about 3700.

Do everyone and most importantly yourself a favor and stop slinging bs. I'm almost 6'3, was cutting down to very low body fat this summer, got to low 160's in weight and was losing plenty of weight each week on a 2000 calorie a day diet. You at over 300 pounds do not need to be near 1200 calories a day diet.

So many negative effects from something like that to list .. Just dont do it.

              Current stats

              5.2 MSEG

              5.8 BEG
              4.2 EHeadG

Hoping to be 8.5+ BPEL and 5.75+ MSEG

What they said. 1200 a day is too little. Make sure you're eating healthy foods.

                  TOP 25 FITNESS TIPS

                  1) Exercise. If exercise were a pill, it would be the most widely prescribed medicine in the world.

                  2) Eat a balanced diet, lower in fat, lower in sugar and higher in fiber.

                  3) Diets don’t work. Exercise is the bottom line behavior for weight management.

                  4) Throw away your scales. Measuring your body fat is a better indicator of health than your weight.

                  5) When trying to lose fat, aim for a maximum of 2 pounds a week.

                  6) If spot reducing worked, people who chew gum would have skinny faces.

                  7) Crash dieting, over exercising and fasting will slow down your metabolism.

                  8) People don’t stop exercising because they grow old, they grow old because they stop exercising.

                  9) It’s easy to lose weight. The challenge is to keep it off. Exercise works.

                  10) Don’t worry so much about your heart rate when you exercise. Use common sense and pace yourself so you can talk.

                  11) When you exercise, remind yourself, “I’m building fat-burning enzymes.”

                  12) If you get out of breath when you exercise, you’re going too fast.

                  13) One of the best ways to reduce stress is to exercise.

                  14) The older you are, the more important it is that you exercise. Exercise makes bones denser. Exercise helps maintain mobility.

                  15) Labels don’t lie, but liars write labels.

                  16) Statistics are like bikinis. They only reveal half the truth.

                  17) Upper-body weight training will help women maintain lean body mass.

                  18) More muscle equals less workout time.

                  19) Don’t say, “I don’t eat red meat.” Say, “I don’t eat greasy meats.”

                  20) There’s no such thing as cellulite. The word was dreamed up by people with products to market to describe skin with texture that shows underlying fat on some women more than others.

                  21) The best aerobic exercise is the one you’ll do every day.

                  22) The best time to exercise is when you will do it.

                  23) If you don’t seem to be getting more fit, you may be exercising too hard.

                  24) If you exercise more than 45 minutes 5 days a week, you aren’t doing it for fitness sake.

                  25) Beware of medically monitored diet programs. If you need a doctor, there must be something wrong.

Reading the OP all i can say if people saying youre doing it wrong are absolutely correct. You are in quite a predicament. A 300 pound man on 1200 calories with 400 burned in cardio is an accident waiting to happen. Follow others adivce go to IIFYM find your maintence cut it by 500 calories and keep your cardio. SInce youre bigger id advice light on the joints cardio. Go for walks. Go on a treadmill up the incline and walk at a steady pace. Eat enough protein to keep what muscle mass you do have and PLEASE most importantly DO NOT GIVE UP. YOU can do this. and just imagine. YOu keep doing PE. in a years time you'll have lost a shit ton of weight and have a nice sized member to show off to the ladies
