    Hello,

Any one heard of it? Sounds great to me but may just hype i.e. wouldn't jump rope be better as your having to physically jump up as oppsed to being 'rebounded' up?

I practice lots of skipping, it's an awesome exercise for cardio/sprints, it seems to engage all muscle groups.

I have a hard time finding anything wrong with girls on trampolines (as far as the website goes).

For you or me..... . Stability control, lots of muscle movement, and the flex may be easier in the knee joints.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

As far as I know, the major benefit of rebounding is that you also work you lymphatic system - in a way you're cleansing due to gravity each time you bounce up and down.

aha Jay! Since I purchased it I'm not sure I will continue to use it, I was on it for an hour and a half and wasn't out of breath AT ALL! Skipped for and hour, 2x 30 mins sessions, and was EXHAUSTED! Could literally feel my pulse everywhere and my breathing was heavy. I may use the rebounder in the morning fo say 10mins to wake me up a little.
