My body was tingling and my hands were jittery after my workout this morning... did I do something wrong? I kept losing my balance too for about 10 minutes after my workout.

Either low blood sugar or you took too much pre-workout supplements.

You need to sit down and assess the situation.
Prior to your wokout........
Food, Coffee, Meds, Supplements, Lack of Sleep, Stress etc. prior to the workout ???
If you cannot sit down and assess what may have caused the tingling hands and jitters then go see your doctor!“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything” Albert Einstein

nope. I refuse to take any supplements or any modifiers. I'm just working out to build endurance and strength to my body's natural capabilities.
I hadn't eaten breakfast before hand. It was a pretty intense workout for me, but not so much that i'd be losing my balance and having the jitters... I haven't worked out since, so I can't say yet. I will try again tomorrow.

Sorry for the late get back...
Went normal today. Didn't feel weird at all. I'll continue to monitor just incase it was a case of over doing it. Trained really hard on the Elliptical for my cardio. Big distances ad varying but all high levels of intensity. and did full body weight lifting. so I may have just over done it.

try eating within the hour of having finished your workout. Doesn't have to be huge, just something.
I get a tingling feeling in my forearms at night after a heavy pullup day. I'm pretty sure it was due to muscle tightness.
I started using a hard ball to massage my forearms and you know what? Hasn't tingled since.
Also was able to do 15 pullups
