Toadstool had an excellent thread about this months/maybe a year back. I'll see if I can dig it up for you. I'm pretty sure it's called calisthenics or something like that. I'll link it when I find it.

I've personally done several of Beachbody's workout programs. P90X, P90X+, Insanity, Body Beast, and my Wife has done some also. They are very good, intense workouts, and absolutely get results (if you stick with the program consistently and eat right).

They have programs that do not require any equipment at all (like Insanity) but some of those programs do require weights, but you can substitute resistance bands, which are fairly inexpensive and don't really take up space.

I'm liking the Body Weight exercises except the Pistol Squats are easy.

Had to incorporate weighted squats back into my program.

Dips, chin ups, deadlift, and front squats is all you will ever need to put strength, power, and most of all muscle mass if you can't afford the gym. All these 4 exercises are all compound movements and targets every muscle group you'd ever want to grow.

To balance my thighs out years ago I started one legged leg presses. Started with 2 - 45 lbs plates a side and progressed up to 4 - 45's a side.

If I may add, don't forget the cardio, so you keep the heart and blood pumping. Be persistent just like with Pe, and you will see results in a few weeks.
