  • Stomach routine

Hey can anyone link me to a stomach routine that would get rid of the bit of fat on my stomach and also massively tone my muscles.
These exercises would need to be done at home without machinery or weights
    Any help would be great

You can't spot reduce fat. Not how the body works.

Replace carbs with protein, leaner the better, lift weights.

Add in cardio (swim/bike/run/etc), go to bed hungry each night.

problem is i'm quite slim, too many takeaways resulted in a bit of fat on stomach
so cutting down food intake isnt going to help

        You might be 'skinny-fat'.

        Urban Dictionary: skinny-fat

If you have an android device I personally really like this free ab routine app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...yabworkoutpaid

I get great results from it, so much so I did the $1 upgrade out of thanks.

Also, running/jogging is a great way to lose fat. I find it much preferable to weight training if your goal is specific to lose the fat lining your body. Many say weights is best 'cause muscle burns calories, but so does fat, and muscle doesn't burn much just sitting there either.

If you already eat a healthy number of calories, you could run and add 100 calories per mile to keep the same net calories, and would burn fat in the running process.

You could also look into intermittent fasting, whereby you eat your full daily calories in a shorter window. This can have very good affects on body recomposition.
