I eat just about all f that and still pretty low t took off working out for a week retested got 315 now after focusing on sleep and not working out my doctor says it's between 250 and 850 so I'm fine no worry or need to discuss further

Well 315 is fine if you are 70 years old . Look to be honest a good minimum for a guy say 40 y is 500 . Less than that there always seems to issues . A doc might say nothing unusual about depression and hey everyone says they are tired etc . Me I say you should be looking for good quality of life .
First thing to look at is if some underlying issue is causing low test ,for example sleep apnoea .
You might consider a new doc that is more up on this issue.

I got my thyroid panel it shows T4(thyroxine). Total 6.5. Reference range 4.5-12(mcg/dl)
T3 uptake 33 reference range 22-35 percent
Free t4 index (t7). 2.1. Reference range 1.4-3.8
What does this test mean it says thyroid panel and what do the numbers mean I tried googling and reading up on what they may mean but can't really fully understand it

Unfortunate with some things some docs don't know as much as they should .
The classic for this is total testosterone the normal range is badly set . My gp talks in terms of preferred range and is basically looking over 500 and I am 56y . We get many guys onsite whose doc claims their test is "normal" when it is sub 300 and they may be in their 20's.

Many of these are BS and it looks like you scrubbed the internet to put out a Top 100 list to get PEGym bonus points.
As a personal trainer I will say this, do NOT try to get rid of estrogen completely from your body.
Very low estrogen (a deficiency, I mean) contributes to a decrease in sexual function.
Men need this hormone too!

As a trainer it sounds like you might have some knowledge to add to the forum. So don't discredit yourself by accusing PEGym of doing something. We are posters just like you sharing information just like you. PEGym is not a poster. So please share your information without trying to discredit the format where we share information.
What do youbsuggest? Leave estrogen alone but build testosterone as much as possible? If so how?ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
