What are you studying? I recently got back to University for my senior year and I'm in the same boat as you. I have lost a pound or two of muscle in the last 2 months because I haven't been working out. I am quite satisfied with my output though, grades are better than ever and my brain is still growing and reaching new potentials.

What is your diet like? I guarantee you will have enough energy if you are eating a good breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of water, vitamins, minerals and fiber.

I personally just need one day where I'm motivated enough to get that killer workout in. Then I remember how good it feels to be growing physically as well as mentally and the motivation comes whenever I have free time. Enjoying your workouts and the benefits they give you is very helpful for motivation.

To be honest, I have been riding my bike up to 5 or 6 hours a week for commute and hiking gently a couple hours on the weekend, so I'm still in good enough shape to be feeling healthy and natural, I'm just not progressing on my physical program. Also, I gained 10 lbs of muscle last year so the 1 or 2 lbs lost isn't really a big deal for me.

When finals came along last year, I lost 5 lbs due to not eating right. Luckily, I had Summer to gain it back. You just have to really take the time to take care of yourself, and not just entertaining yourself. Then you will find you have all the time in the world. There are those crunch times though when you feel like you are struggling to keep your head above ground. That's when you grow the most though. Don't just survive, strive.

If you feel like you're doing everything you can, supplements like coffee and creatine can be helpful but come with their own side effects if you don't handle them right.
