    I need to add a supplement to my workout, has anyone used male extra? any good ?

    You don't "need" to add supplements to your workouts, they are purely optional.

        You'd be better off buying individual supplements like l-arginine and the 5 G's from the link MrB8 posted. The amount of creatine and arginine in those pills is useless. I doubt creatine has any effect on penis health or growth anyway. Arginine promotes blood flow, and is theoretically useful for treatment of ED, but only starting at > than 3 grams per day. Also, those pills contain too much zinc.

        Regardless, you don't need a supplement to get gains. You might want one, but it's in no way required.
