Hey everyone, Im actually interested if anyone has any vertical workouts that they do. I have my own whether its weights, or plyometrics or Conditioning(hills etc). I actually jump really high as it is, I'm almost at 40in. I really would find it cool if i could hear anyone's ideas of any workouts so i can incoperate it with my own

Wow, you jump almost 40 inches! More power to you man. That's like, superhero stuff, to me.

Try this: Grab a kettle ball, starting with a lower weight until you master form. Spread your legs apart and slightly begin to squat like you are sitting on an imaginary horse or on top of a saddle. First movement: Keep back as straight as possible, go down bending knees slightly and when you can, transfer the kettle ball through your legs to your empty hand behind your legs. Next movement: Once your other hand receives the kettle ball from behind, EXPLODE UPWARD! When you come back down to your original stance, start all over without stopping. Do these in consecutive repetitions for 30 seconds until you can go up in weight or time.
