Male Extra dosage???

so i have male extra and it says tot ale 3 pills daily with breakfast or another main meal. does that mean i take 3 pill all at once with breakfast, or 3 pill throughout the day with main meals?

it would mak sense to take them 1 with each meal. Thats how most supplements work.

I don't want to be wasting them so i would rather take them the correct way. If anyone knows the way to dose these i would really appreciate the info.
