My thought is at night before bed. I figure I pop my vitamins before I go upstairs, do my exercises, edge for about 5 minutes or so, then go to sleep. I figure that's good because I get hard a lot when I sleep (and morning wood), and getting hard after exercising promotes growth from what I understand. Does that make sense, or am I just completely wrong? Lol

This interests me also. But in my personal experience, before bed was always working best.

Since I'm away from my wife right now I do it after I shower before bed since I know I'm not gonna get me some booty. When I'm back home I did it in the morning before work. The best time to do it is when's its most convenient for you.No Fap

Just depends whenever suits you best. I don't there there is a particular right or wrong answer to this. I like doing girth exercises in the morning with my wood, because it is the easiest way to do it. I prefer length then in the evening or afternoon, because I don't have to try to get an erection etc. Some people, all of these issues will not be a problem.

I do it mid to late afternoon due to other commitments but I recommend doing it in the mornings as soon as possible. Male testosterone is at its highest when you awaken and diminishes over the course of the day so you'll be at your most excitable in the morning (hence easier to get erect and stay hard, etc)
For the same reason, it's good to do regular exercise in the morning before your first meal.Loves Bodyweight Exercises.

The best time for PE??? When ever you have the time and privacy. I do it in the morning, in the shower, because that is the only time of day I am guaranteed some time and privacy.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

Just find time that suits you best and get the workouts done. Consistency is a key to making gains while ofcourse being educated on how to perform each exercises.
So basicly make PE work into your daily schedule while staying dedicated to your workouts.
Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.
Look into your physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.

The best time of the day is the time that you will have available everyday to be consistent with your routine. It's dedication, consistency and patience that will be key to your success. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I used to do it before bed out of convenience. Then i switched to the morning an hour after i woke up just for fun. It has been amazing! Much, much better EQ and plumped up feeling after jelqing. The sessions have been super productive and i am not tired at all. The only negative is blue balls sometimes in the day, but if it gets bad ill just rub one out in the afternoon.
