    Hello fellow PEgym members.

    Soon I will start my first Clenbuterol cycle.
    Now for all of you who want to point all of the side effects and all whatnot, I'm fully aware of the risks and side effects that come with clenbuterol.
    I've done plenty of research, I'm going to build it up slowly and I've got a professional helping me, so don't worry.

    For the people that don't know clen:
    Clenbuterol was originally a medicine for horse asthma but men has discovered that it also contains great fat burning potential.
    Clen raises your heartrate and bodytemprature thus increasing your metabolism while still maintaining muscle.

    I will probaly get my clen tomorrow or any time soon this week.
    Once I get it, I will weigh myself and update this post.
    I will post daily updates throughout my cycle and the thing that I feel.

          are you gonna do before/after pics of abs? What cardio/diet are you doing? What is your current bodyfat percentage? Are you gonna be using any other "supplements"?
          Not trying to be a douche, just want as much info as possible, I'm thinking of getting some clen after I use the last of my ECA. Subbed to thread.

            Why are you logging this on a PE site? Wouldn't you get more helpful and relevant feedback on a bodybuilding board?

              Heart rate increase, palpitations,long term increase of collagen formation in the heart which leads to CHF; and that's just some of the good effects. I think it's great; the roads are too crowded as it is nice so this should free up a few spots. But you'll look skinny; in the casket!

                You do know that the long term effects you are referring to are from an experiment conducted on rats and that the dosage is ALOT higher than the dosage you use in a clen cycle. and this is an 2 weeks cycle, the rats have been exposed to it much longer..

                I have several friends who used clen, and I have alot of connections in the professional bodybuilding world and clen is one of the least dangerous drugs there are. so please don't worry, I'll survive, I know you would hate to see me die

                  Clen can cause both an increase and / or a decrease in blood pressure.
                  Depends on genetics, general health etc

                    I informed my own doctor, but he's not supervising me.
                    A good friend of mine whith loads of experience on everything that has anything to do with bodybuilding and health is helping me.
                    You can do it alone, just build it up slow and listen t your body.

                      No before/after pics sorry, I'm gonna log my weight tho.
                      I'm currently on a cutting diet (obviously), I don't have a solid diet. I count calories and try to be about 300 calories under my maintenance and im trying to stick as close to my macros as possbile.
                      I don't know my current bodyfat percentage but I think i'll go to the doctor tomorrow to measure it.
                      I don't use any other supplements or aids, If you do it right you can get all your proteins and whatnot out of your food

                        I'm logging it on a bodybuilding forum too, but i'm posting it here aswell for the people that are interested or want to know more about clen.

                          I was under the impression that clen also had a mildly androgenic effect in addition to its metabolic increase effects?

                            Yes it does, but only veeery mildy.
                            And clen doesn't actually affect your hormones, so it cannot be called an AAS.

                              I understand that vasodialtors can cause high or low blood pressure, and I know about albuterol, but I Dont know what this clean is. Is it supposed to be a vasodialator?
