little white bumps on penis shaft

i have these little flesh colored bumps on penis.they dont itch or hurt. does anyone know what this might be?
i posted a picture sorry if blurry.

i do sweat a lot down there from working out and i just switched to a new clothing detergent..i had someone say it might be sebaceous glands

can they be on the shaft of the penis? most pics ive seen of the penile papsules there on the head which there are none.

I have seen it on the shaft. I am not an expert on the subject just speculation.

could just be acne, I get bumps like that all the time and are very common from what I hear. I don't believe it is penile papules, you'd probably know if you had that.

Yes, they can be anywhere on the penis as a single papule or in clusters. You can develop them at any time, and is common to get more as you age.

Fordyce spots. No way to treat it... Unless you wanna be extreme and squeeze them out like pimples. Some people poke a hole with a needle to help but it can leave scars... I have em too so thats just what ive read.
