You're already huge to start. Try out JP's beginner guide, ease into it. The v-jelqs will help the most with your girth, you can throw in some Uli's as well.

Two options , either 5 days on 2 days off , or 2 on 1 off.

but i don't beginner because i pratice pe for 2 years in free forum and half year in ************* and i gained 1 inch in lenght.....but i don't gained nothingh in girth and trying an advanteg routine for this....Big Al advise me with Tension stretch for length and squeez exercise for girth

Have you tried advanded jelqing exercises, squeezes or something like that?
