I recently had to have a Chlamydia infection taken care of. Treatment finished up last Sunday. Symptoms were gone and all seemed normal. Had a high amount of semen as usual during sex. Monday I began experiencing strange symptoms so I went to see the doctor again. He diagnosed me with Bacterial Prostatitis; a secondary infection caused by the Chlamydia. I last had sex with my partner yesterday and only a little bit of ejaculate came out. Mostly it felt pretty dry. I'm looking for input from men who have been in similar situations. Does ejaculate volume eventually return to normal once it has been treated? Is Bacterial Prostatitis one of the ones that can be recurring throughout a lifetime and never completely go away? I've read that some forms of the disease are almost impossible to eradicate even though they can be treated. I'm really worried here. Any info helps. Thanks in advance.
