I heard about and downloaded spreadsheets an app for Iphone.
It will track your pumps per minute, decibels made by you and your lover, and how long you do the deed for.
It does this by synchronizing to sound and motion on your bed.
It costs 99 cents.
I used it tonight and it works well.
I figured it was worth sharing for anyone who suffered from premature ejaculation.
Or wants to see how long they can keep an erection.
For me, who suffers from low T and have a hard time maintaining an erection this seemed like a helpful tool to track progress of a sort.
