So, it’s no wonder that after a sauna that a man has sex with a woman (in one of these places), as his sexual abilities are increased considerably.
The point is that blood supply to the sex organs is very important for sexual performance. Not only that, but training your penis to be able to hold more blood, in the form of “Milking,” can have an effect on increasing the size of your “member.” It’s all about blood flow.
One of the oldest methods and most praised methods for increasing penis size is called Jelquing (Jelqing) and is otherwise known as “Milking.”
A word of caution. Jelquing relies on increasing the amount of blood your penis can hold (this is what makes it erect). Jelquing must be carried out in a conservative manner. There are valves which hold the blood in the penis when it is hard. By jelquing too intensely and too often, you can rupture and damage these valves. In basic terms, this means that the blood (and blood pressure) that is necessary to keep your penis in the erect state, won’t be able to keep up this pressure to keep you erect. The technique should be performed with the penis in a semi-hard state. You do not want to perform this if you have a rock-hard erection that you could drive through a piece of sheet-rock. We are dealing with an increase in vascularity (blood flow) so it is best performed in a semi-erect state. It can cause bleeding and ruptured blood vessels if it is done too extremely or in such am erect state.
The technique should be practiced every other day. You should begin to see results in about one to two months. If any pain, tingling, discolored blood vessels or veins, or if you experience anything out of the ordinary, it should be discontinued.
The idea is to “milk” the penis. If you’ve ever seen someone milk a cow, then you have an idea as to what the technique implies. It’s important to be relaxed while you do this. This isn’t masturbation. Look at it more of a light form of exercise. Don’t think sexual thoughts, but, instead think about connecting your mind and your penis together when you apply this technique – connect the two. First, get a wash cloth and run it under hot water. Wring out the water to create a warm and moist compress. Wrap this around the shaft and the head of the penis for 3 to 5 minutes. Test the cloth on another sensitive body part to ensure it is not too hot to burn you. Remove the cloth. Also, performing after sitting in a hot tub, after taking a hot bath, or after a hot sauna will giver you much better results; as there will already be increased circulation (because of the heat) in your penis. But be careful as the skin on the penis is more fragile under these conditions.
Lubricate your penis. Create a circle out of your thumb and forefinger. It’s important to start off at the very base of your penis. Firmly, but gently, pull on your penis as if you are milking a cow. Milk it with your hand until you come to the base of the head. You want to milk in an outward direction, gently pulling the penis as you milk it. Do it slowly . Then release.
During intercourse or masturbation, you are stimulating the nerve endings to achieve orgasm. This is not the same thing. You are literally “milking” the penis to encourage blood flow into the cavities. So, again, remember to try and keep sexual thoughts from your mind.
Start first with your right hand. Then switch to your left hand. You want to alternate between strokes. Ensure that you keep the “circle” created by your thumb and forefinger, so that you are able to milk all aspects of the penis.
Do 200 “milks” in each session (100 with the left-hand and 100 with the right-hand), every other day. Ensure you are gentle, slow, and firm.
Remember to distance your mind from any sexual thoughts, as you want do not want a full erection. If you feel yourself getting more than semi-erect, discontinue until you remain in a semi-flaccid state.
Some men also use an extended version of this to increase the size of the head of their penis. When you “milk” up to the head of the penis, hold that position for about 5 seconds to allow the blood to be stuck into the head. Chapter 38 – Post-Orgasm Bulbospongiosus Milking (Enlargement Aid)

After a solid erection and achieving orgasm, there is one very important thing to realize. And that is that the caverns in the penis have been, not only dilated to their maximum capacity, but that the cells that make up these caverns are more elastic and can be more easily encouraged to increase in size. When using a milking technique in conjunction with after-orgasm Bulbospongiosus Muscle enhancement, you can actually use the BM (with milking) to get some great results.
The best way to perform this exercise is by laying on your back and masturbating. You want to really get as hard as you can, so think of the most erotic thing imaginable.
So lay on your bed or mat and go to work. Focus on your penis being rock hard and as hard as iron.
Once you start to orgasm, keep your hand wrapped around your penile shaft. Once you start to orgasm, you will feel the muscles of the BM contract under your palm and feel your PC Muscles and Anus contract with each ejaculation.
After your ejaculations start to subside, your penis will slowly start to get soft. But here is the important part: At this time you will still be able to contract your BM, PC, and Anus. In this way you can force yourself to continue to feel that ejaculation sensation and continue to contract the muscles.
At this time, still on your back, when your penis gets a little soft, mentally continue to contract these muscles (as what happened during each ejaculation) and, starting at the base of the penis , using your thumb on one side and your second and third digit on the other side (your thumb is your first digit), milk the penis up toward the head with each of these contractions. Do not encircle the penis. Just milk the area where the BM is located.
You will actually feel the BM contract under your fingers while you do this and you want to milk during these contactions . Continue to milk this area for two minutes after you can no longer mentally contract the area.
What happens is that the BM, in conjunction with the milking (by your fingers) will encourage blood flow and pressure into the penile cavities. As we mentioned earlier, as the blood vessels have already been expanded, the extra milking and BM contraction really helps enlarge the penile channels to handle extra blood supply for larger girth and length.
Perform at least twice a week. Three times is preferred.

While masturbating you want to use one hand to stimulate the penis. With the opposite hand, what you want to do is grasp around the very base of the penis where it meets the body. The best method is to make a circle with your thumb and first finger and encircle the very base of the cock. If your fingers are too large or if you don’t have enough space to use the circle and masturbate at the same time, you can just use your thumb and forefinger separated. If so, then place the thumb at the top of the base of the penis and the forefinger at the bottom of the penis.
While masturbating, for example with your right hand, then use your left hand to firmly grasp the base and pull the penis straight outwardly from the body. It is important to keep a constant and solid tension on the penis while you do this.
With every twenty to thirty strokes, milk your penis slowly, starting from the base, as outline in Chapter 16.

What this method does is take advantage of the added tension you can apply to the Suspensory Ligament of the Penis. Typically when a man masturbates the penis is held out at a Straight Angle (180 degrees or straight out from the body) or at a 45 degree angle (slightly upright).
By masturbating with the penis angling down at a -45 degree angle (so that your penis is pointing to the area about a 1 foot in front of your toes) what happens is that you put extra tension on the Suspensory Ligament. This continued tension, while you masturbate, will help make the ligament more elastic and increase its length.
You will feel a pulling just about the base of your penis where it meets the body when you do this. At first, go for a lesser angle and be conservative. With practice you can aim for lower and lower angles to get the most out of this stretching session.
Initially, direct your penis down and use the target between your feet to point your penis at. After about 20 strokes, then point your penis down toward your left foot, as far down and to the left as you can. After another 20, point your penis toward your right foot as a target and do 20 more. Then return to center again and repeat the sequence – Center, Left, Right - until you orgasm.
You can also “milk” the penis between changing from Center to Left to Right, with every 20 strokes, as outlined in Chapter 39.
