I think the big difference in sensitivity reveals itself in how differently the circumcised and the intact man behave during sex. An intact penis, with all its membrane, fine-touch receptors and plentiful nerve endings can feel every stroke. This most intimate moment between man and woman becomes more special, as the simple act of a slow stroke can be felt in incredible detail. On the other hand, the circumcised male is rushing to climax. Instead of enjoying his time getting there, he requires rough stimulation in order to get adequate pleasure. Sex may sometimes feel like a chore, and it takes a good while before reaching the point of pleasure. Others have very delayed orgasm and they're even unable to reach it due to feeling numb.
