Is there any Phimostretch users?

I asked this in PE Forums, But I got no responses,
So I want to ask it here again.

Is there anyone who have used Phimostretch to make foreskin less tight?

I'm curious about it.

Used properly it will work.

I have very tight foreskin and prepuce.
I can't even retract my foreskin at all When I got erected.

And, When I'm not erected, I can retract my foreskin but I feel a bit tightness.

Will Phimostretch can cure my symptoms and make it possible to make my foreskin less tight?
