  • Newbie Routine

    Hi all,
    I have been doing PE now for over 3 weeks and love it so much that I have decided to add foreskin restoration.
    First of all I noticed that PE is helping my skin bunch up near the corona of my glans when flaccid. Anybody alse experience this?
    Also what type of routine would you recommand for someone just starting. I was cut at age 5, not too tight. I estimate my CI to be between 2 and 3.

      Thank you BigO for you reply. However I am looking for a foreskin Restoration newbie routine , not a PE routine. I am already doing JP 90 for three weeks now. I have added foreskin restoration to my field of interest.

        The newbie routine is the same as any routine. Tug on your skin. It will grow longer.

        We did a trial in 2010 where we learned that 25 guys who averaged 11 hours per day under tension increased their forced erect skin tube reach by an average of 3mm per month. 90% of the 250 guys who started the trial dropped out or failed to complete their 6-month data logging, so this group of 25 may have been unusually motiviated and not typical.

        Once you have enough slack so you can force skin over nearly the whole glans while erect, then you can start to use techniques that optimize your future flaccid roll-over point. See Foreskin Restoration / Intactivism Network - View Single Post - The Future Flaccid Roll-over Point (FFRP) Calculation - Forget P.O.E. The idea is that if you could somehow predict where on your present skin the roll-over will occur in the future while you're hanging out flaccid, then you can get the most natural looking puckered result if you tug every time so that the same part of your skin tube is serving as the induced roll-over point (at the narrowest part of the device) while you're wearing your tugging device.

        We think that to have a flaccid coverage that persists most of your waking hours you need to be able to force the skin one "glans length" past the tip while erect. With the 3mm per month as an upper limit, you can calculate how quickly that can happen based on your present state.
