  • Foreskin damaged from possible past exercises

I used to do V stretching pretty regularly for about a month and a half and Jelqing every once in a while, about a year ago. I did see some results, but then my dick started to curve and basically the foreskin covers up more of the left side than the right. So when i jack it, the load sometimes i'm assuming went inside the foreskin and some of it outside, so i'm assuming there's some sort of build up of that stuff. My head was basically completely covered by foreskin, and it was pretty painful getting it out, but your glans looks a lot bigger that way.

So recently, i tried to just go into the foreskin stretching thing, to see if i can have my glans out and maybe even not have problems with foreskin anymore. When i did that, it took a long time to get the head out and i had red irritation coloring under the sides of the glans, which is usually a sign of smegma buildup. So i tried pulling the foreskin farther down and it just wouldn't give, too much pain.

The next day the head was just turning blue, and was the biggest it can be. I don't know if there was some sort of constriction of blood going on, but that's what i had. So after a while, i just couldn't take it anymore because the head was too sensitive, so started pulling the foreskin back.

The day after, and where it's at now, I woke up and saw that the foreskin doesn't look right, it looks swollen, probably because of stretching. When i jacked, or sometimes pulled the foreskin back (cannot show the entire head), every once in a while i would have liquid come out. I thought it was just the jack happy liquid, but it was kind of yellow, so maybe it was piss i don't know. I pulled the swollen region back and i can't tell but it looks like i tore something, or it's like a pus filled region.. My dick kind of hurts every once in a while right now, near the head. Do you guys know what this is or how to deal with it? I'll provide a picture. Sorry for the gross stories.

Alright, just answer without the pictures. It's gross to look at anyway.
