  • How to fix a curve, result of a latent trauma?

    Hello everyone,

Sorry for my bad english i am from germany.

    I have a question.
7 monthe ago, during sex with my girl (she was sitting on the top) she leand back to much an i was feeling a tear in my penis. Erection stoppt after about 20 sec. Light pain. I went to the doctor and he checkt it quite accurate but he just said "nothing to see" had a break for 2 weeks from all sexual activities but after two weeks i noticed a bend to the left. I visit 5 doctors but the all shi..... No help at all. I had a light pain for 4 month
never problem with erection. Since 3 month i have no pain anymore, sometimes after sex but not bad. I really hate this bend so i wanna fix it. I have two theories:
1: its a scar at the tunica albuinea and thats the reason for the bend.
2: the bend is worse when the penis is erect 30-80 % and specialie when i am sitting an the penis shows up its like there is less blood at the point where it bends and thats the reason why it falls to the left. Because when the penis is realy hard its stabiel. This woulde be more the corpus spongiosus.

    What do you think?
When its the secound reason is PF helpfull? I guse for the first reason it would. Other ideas what i can try?

    Thanks a lot

Welcome Hansww. Sounds like left Corpus Cavernosa chamber is filling slower than right. Since this happens after the injury, it seems like the injury was the cause. I assume by "PF" you mean Phallosan Forte. I've heard that extenders can lessen curves. I have almost eliminated my downward curve over years of pumping.

However, I suggest you try manual exercises first. For your goals, I would try jelqing "against the curve" and using only the hand on that side (so right hand for you). It is the method I use to work on eliminating my remaining curve to the left.

Have you seen the Start Here thread on the top left? There are many useful threads you should read, especially the one on Physiological Indicators, or PIs, which are critical in staying safe and knowing if your routine is working. Then pick a beginner routine to condition your penis over at least a 3 month period. I suggest you do this whether you decide to use an extender, pump, or just manual exercises!

Only after you have spend 3 months jelqing right-handed against your leftward curve would you consider the "erect bends" exercises or maybe extender/pump.

      Hello @feelsgood,
First at all thank you very much for your answer and advice.

Hmm thats the first thing, i am not sure if my left corpus cavernosa is filling slower or if this is a scar which can not strech so fast. The last Doktor told me its a mix of both.

Since my doctor told mi i can try to stretch and massage this point i do this thinks. I mean massage, if the penis is limply and do bends with a 60-80% erect. Nothing changed so far. I dont like to do jalqing to be honest. I read so many injury storys from this. I allready try suplements like fish oil drops, vitamin drinks, beetroot drinks and i will start with colostrum next week.

I realy hope i have a chance to fix this f.. Shit soon as possible

Greets and thanks for any advice

      Hans

I would venture a guess that the men who injured themselves jelqing have not read all the threads on the Start Here page, especially not the one on PI's. If you start very gently, only increasing a few reps per workout, and keep a close eye on PI's... I think you will be fine.

Also, I think you should consider "curve reduction" something that happens over months to years, not days to weeks. PE is a slow process, but can have significant results.

Have any of your doctors mentioned "Peyronie's"?

            Hey Big Al,

All of them (6 doctors) told me its not peyronie's. One told me how ever you call it but in my case its from the injury and has nothing to do with the peyronie's witch comes from a wrong body reaction like ms.
Since the first time i detected the bend it has not changed and there is nothing like a scar to feel at all. So i am quite sure you can call it peyronie's but its a injury and the classic peyronie's is a disease witch comes from a wrong body reaction.

Most medical sources will state the mechanism behind Peyronie's isn't quite understood, but one definite symptom of it is the formation of scar tissue. The term Peyronie's is often given to penile scar tissue formed due to an injury- as well as to other causes.

Thats what i mean, i had a noticable injury and the resault is a bend specifically during erectionlevel 20% up to 80%. I dont feel any scar and i dont have any problems with my erections. No pain any more, witch is great and the bend hasent changed since the first time i noticed and that is seven month ago. You can call this peyronie's if you want, a lot of articel at the internet say the same. BUT 6 doctors told me that peyronie's and a injury are two complete differet thinks. For me it makes no differents how you call it, i dont think my bend get worse at least not without a new injury but it still sucks and i hate the bend so i wanna fix it but dont know how.

                Thanks for answer big al

                  I have curve also.
But not from injury I guess. I have it since I remember. So maybe I have peyronie's since I dont have it from injury. On the other hand I dont see any scar on my shaft or anything with touch ( like doc told me to check ) so no idea maybe its genetic or what
50 degrees down like a banana....
On the other hand it might be advantage for certain positions tho.
Hansww how is your erection strenght? For example I can make mine straight with hand thus I guess im not that hard. ( no pain )
Not sure how big of curve you have but I feel you. But on the other hand i look at it. like it can be advantage in some positions.

I have read that there are some exercises which might help with the curve not sure which ones tho.
I dont like jelqing too im uncut and I dont really feel those jelqs working
Also maybe you can try phallosan ( extender ) on their site they say it can reduce curve.

Glad to help The terminology isn't mine, though. It would be best if you could get a definite answer so you'll be best able to treat the issue.

@mixim: thanks for answer. For me it dosent sound like you have peyronies. When you always had the curve and no scar tissue than it sounds more like a innate curve. The good think is that normaly this kind of curve dosent get worse. I have a very hard erection and i dont think its less hard since the injury. Of course sometimes its not the full100% erect but i think that normal because i check out very often if its still the same. But when i have sex with my girlfriend its 100% same at night most of the time when i notice the erection at night. I realy hate this bend but i think jelquing is much risk for me. Maybe i try phallosan forte?? But i am not sure, i dont want to risk another injury and i dont know how dangerous it is.
@big al: for me after 6 doctors and a lot of search at the internet i certainly know that i can visit another 20 doctors but a definitely answer no one can give me. But i think 6 times no from doctord and just one sign of 7 or 8 tells me that the probability that it is peyronies is very small. Do you have any Experience with fix curves? Would be great if someone have more ideas. Thanks a lot

The exercises recommended have helped men to fix curves, and some have reported success with them in dealing with scar tissue.
