Many men cause a quicker ejaculation by unconscious or at least involuntary kegels, they may even talk in terms such as spasm.
This seems to be caused by too much yang,tenseness,hardness,focus ,especially in the pelvic floor(kegel) area.
While some men can increase stamina merely by becoming mindful of kegels,many find this impossible.
In fact ,some guys symptoms worsen upon starting a kegel routine.
Standard kegels seem to increase strength,focus,hardness,yang and so can indeed worsen the problem.
Reverse kegels seem to increase flexibility, relaxation, yin and so help this issue.

For some time now I have been convinced that a major cause of pe is pelvic floor imbalance.
This causes involuntary kegel type spasms, leading to orgasm/ejaculation.

Guys with natural good pelvic floor balance talk, of sexual endurance as a decision, an act of will. Whereas guys with pe, describe a runaway train .

If the pelvic floor is in tune, the sex process happens in a controlled way, leading to the ability to have sexual relations for the desired length of time. In pe, an imbalance causes uncontrolled contractions ,which rush ejaculation.

Many people with pelvic pain have pelvic floor dysfunction, but specifically hypertonic muscles, or muscles that are too tight. The pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that attach to the front, back and sides of the bottom of the pelvis and sacrum. They are like a hammock or a sling, and they support the bladder, uterus, prostate and rectum. They also wrap around your urethra, rectum, and vagina (in women).
These muscles must be able to contract to maintain continence, and to relax allowing for urination and bowel movements, and in women, sexual intercourse.
When these muscles have too much tension (hypertonic) they will often cause pelvic pain, or urgency and frequency of the bladder and bowels. When they are low-tone (hypotonic) they will contribute to stress incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. You can also have a combination of muscles that are too tense and too relaxed.

However this inflammation is being hypothesised that it could be a tension related issue. IF this inflammation is a tension related issue it is due to over active, tight, hyper-tonic pelvic floor muscles:

How could porn addiction create tension related pelvic floor imbalances and or prostatitis you ask? With time and poor habitual behaviour. From personal experience when I was addicted to porn I wanted to finish the session quickly for many reasons; I wanted to reach O quickly, I live at home so I need to be secretive and finish quickly and it just felt better to get it over and done with. How can quicker ejaculations be accomplished? By tensing/contracting muscles of the pelvic floor. After months, years of these forceful pelvic contractions I suspect it may have developed a semi-permanent, subconscious tightness and tension in my pelvis. Bodies are extremely efficient at adapting, ie. An athlete creates stronger brain/muscle connections through neural adaptations by performing numerous repetitions which makes a movement become "second nature", an automatic function. I see no reason why the muscles of the pelvic floor tensing/contracting for extended periods of time would be any different. If you do not quiet grasp my concept study posture and hyperlordosis and you will discover how muscular imbalances are created, worsened and how they are treated.

That is a small list compared to the total of personal reports which I have read.

Personally I know for fact that a tight pelvic floor is contributing to my erectile dysfunction. I can achieve 70-85% hard no problem when the conditions are right, but when I do reverse kegels and relax the pelvic floor blood flow is no longer restricted and I reach 100% hard within seconds. I can also last longer while performing pelvic floor relaxing exercises. I'm no expert in physiology but from what I understand hyper-tense pelvic floor muscles restrict fluid flow, blood, urine etc. When these muscles are relaxed fluid can move freely, the more blood flowing to the penis when erect the harder it will become. To achieve a better understand, next time you urinate cut the urine off mid flow, this is a kegel which tightens the muscles of the pelvic floor. Now imagine a constantly, slightly tightened pelvic floor and you will realise just how much a tiny amount of contraction is required to severely restrict fluid flow

Symptoms of prostatitis and pelvic floor imbalances: If you have a number of these symptoms, go to a doctor to get checked out
Pain or burning sensation when urinating (dysuria)
Difficulty urinating, such as dribbling or hesitant urinatio
Erectile dysfunction, or poor quality erections until reverse kegel is performed. (IMO one of the greatest indications)
Frequent urination, particularly at night (nocturia)
Urgent need to urinate
Premature Ejaculation
Pain in the abdomen, groin or lower back
Pain in the area between the scrotum and rectum (perineum)
Pain or discomfort of the penis or testicles
Painful orgasms (ejaculations)
Flu-like symptoms

After a doctor can or cannot diagnose prostatitis and you believe it is due to hyper-tonic/tight pelvic muscles here is what to do:

- - - - - - - STOP WORRYING - - - - - - - If you have diagnosed to have tension related prostatitis worrying is the worst thing you can do. Stress and anxiety will only cause it to get worse. With the help of the techniques listed below, only long term relaxation of the mind will allow you to completely rid yourself of this issue

Make reverse kegels and pelvic massaging your best friends. Be careful with trigger point therapy and tennis ball massaging go into this lightly and if you feel any pain stop immediately. I am not responsible for any harm you may cause yourself by putting this information into practice. Eventually(perhaps months later) and very cautiously add in regular kegels when you can achieve and maintain a 100% erection without having to do reverse kegels. At first keep the RK:K ratio 90:10 and eventually build up to a ratio you're comfortable with near 60:40 WITH CAUTION!

Again, remember this is just speculation and it only has anecdotal evidence to "support" the theory, I am in no way discrediting the fact that porn addiction causes dysfunctions. Please be 100% confident you will benefit from performing reverse kegels and massages before you actually do, my suggestions may worsen your conditions if my theory or your judgement is incorrect

I'm not demonizing regular kegels or pelvic floor strengthening, some individuals may require the exact opposite of what I am suggesting.

The cutting edge of mainstream medicine, is starting to look at pelvic floor weakness as an ed cause. They seem to be correct, some ed is caused by pelvic floor weakness and improved by doing kegels.
