So i had been doing the jp 90 routine for about 5 days. The next day when i was at work i noticed a throbbing pain in my dick that would come and go. I'd put the level of pain at about a 3 or 4. I've refrained from jelqing for about a week and a half but the throbbing still happens from time to time. Do I have to quit pe forever? Have i permanently damaged my dick? I need answers! I can't live with my dick much longer. I hate my size so much.

Penises are very durable. If you are in pain you should see a doctor. Now, describe the pain. Were you kegeling while doing the exercises?
Also, you shouldn't be doing PE with a mindset like that. Get your psychological problems sorted out before you start your PE journey.

I only do kegals before when I'm doing warmups. The pain is like a throbbing discomfort. But it's really intense. Idk if I've busted a blood vessel or what. I can't help my mental state on the issue. Everywhere I go people talk about how big Dicks are great and if you don't have one you have to compensate. People keep making jokes about Hitler and Donald Trump saying they have small dicks. I feel like I'm being laughed at for something I didn't choose.

I'm not gonna get too into it cause I posted this thread for help with an injury. But I can't lie to myself. If everywhere I look people make jokes about small dicks, and women tell me they like big Dicks there's nothing to adapt to. Why are you guys here if you were satisfied with your dicks? Something that could potentially harm you isn't worth trying if you are happy with your dick size.

I bet you tried to do too much and with kegels, strained a few muscles.
You may actually need to build up over time to get conditioned, and may have overdone too much.
