Hello,
I am asking a question to anyone who has the knowledge to be able to help me. I have been present on this forum with ongoing issues related to a tight BC muscle. After attending pelvic floor physio my physio has agreed that there is some cause of my chronic tension as my BC is just not letting up.
After stretching my hard flaccid a while back in order to achieve erection, I believe I have damaged the suspensory or fundiform ligament (more likely the fundiform I believe) on one side. I think this because I had slight pain at the time, my penis now curves to one side and my erection does not stand up on it's own when I am lying down anymore. There is also pain when I press quite high and deep into the pubis on that side but not the other.
The doctors I have seen have been useless and barely evaluated me at all and refused me a scan. I think at this point I am going to get one done privately.
Anyway my question is whether an injury to the ligament on side could be influencing the pelvic floor muscle and keeping it tight? I understand the fundiform ligament acts like a sling around the penis and my tightness resides around the bulb/BC muscle.
Thanks in advance
