  • Worried something's gone wrong

Hi all I've done 3 days of JP 90 day now.

I'm concerned suddenly about my penis when flaccid.

I've always been pretty small when flaccid (just over 6 inch erect) but since doing jelqing etc it is longer, has more veins but mostly I'm concerned because it feels harder.

Like I can't push it in as much when I apply pressure to my penis. I might be wrong as i didn't spend much time feeling my flaccid penis before penis exercise.

I've seen something about hard flaccid, is that what this is?

I should say that I've been masturbating regularly (3 times today) and erections seem fine/normal.

Overall I'm just having some doubts on PE as I'm really scared about causing permanent damage to my penis - I have heard some horror stories.

    I'd appreciate any advice

As I'm doing too many kegels and not enough reverse kegels?

Or just doing too much of both?

I have been doing quite a bit. Is it common to cause issues of firmer feeling penis when flaccid?

Can anyone help me out here.

I don't know how a penis should feel when flaccid, should there be some "firmness" if you push on it.

I can't tell if it's normal, really worried here, can't sleep

If you're that worried take a day or two off of all exercises and see if that resolves the issue. If it does and you decide to continue your routine perhaps take it a bit easier and work on conditioning yourself first. I'm new here also so idk much about the issue but I've seen a few post related to it. Do some searching on the matter and maybe someone with more experience about it will come along and give their input. Unless it's physically in pain I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just take a deep breath and relax. It may just be your bodies way of saying slow down a little.
You can't get better if you don't try

I noticed insane flaccid length as I've been hanging for a few months now. I look down and it's like "wtf" - is that mine??

            Enjoy the hang.

So no problems with erection. Does it feel firmer than before?

Probably too many of both. You dont need to go crazy with them. Firm, tight flaccid is usually a tight PF. Do more reverse kegels and hindi squat. You should see an immediate improvement with the flaccid hang.

Had a big scare - reconsidering PE and the risks (fear of jelqing)

Hey all, I've had an absolute nightmare the last 2 days and wanted to share.

Basically, I began doing JP 90 day (2 day on, 1 day off). I did a total of 4 days (= 3 workout days), and everything was fine. However, on the fourth night I suddenly got a little worried, I was having a pee and noticed that my penis was flaccid, but very firm. Almost rubbery and too bouncy. It felt quite hard if I were to push in on it.

So this got in to my head. Queue me unable to sleep until 3am that night due to stress. Woke up the next morning and the fear came flooding back. It was possibly one of the worst days of my life, I couldn't stomach any food, couldn't sit still.

I was thinking "I'm 19 years old, I had a perfectly healthy penis at 6.2 x 5 inches and I've broken it all because I wanted it bigger".

Of course I tried getting an erection and was unable to despite the fact that I had masturbated plenty the last few days. Now this was in my head and the stress meant there was no chance of getting hard, I tried to console my self with this thought, but I was still worried.

Anyway, I went for a walk to calm myself and started thinking about porn - lo and behold I got an erection.

All is fine now, my penis feels fine flaccid and I have masturbated a few time no problem.

I've honestly never felt panic/fear and regret so extreme though, I really thought I'd broken my penis and I was terrified.

All in all, although nothing ACTUALLY did happen, it's really made me realise just how awful it would be if something did go wrong.

Please understand I'm in no way trying to suggest PE is bad or wrong/doesn't work, I'm just not sure I could do it again for fear of something going wrong - I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

So has anyone else ever had doubts? Ever had a scare that something went wrong? Have you ever actually had an injury?

Just wanted some thoughts on this while I try decide whether to continue. Either way I will continue to edge and do kegels/reverse kegels for stamina and health, I appreciate the great info on this board.

                  Cheers

You have general anxiety issues that are more important to work on at this point than pe.

I suppose that may be true. But injury is not unheard of, correct?

The issue was that I read some horror stories about people online who had done various things and it resulted in them losing all sensation in their penis/unable to get erections.

It is quite a scary thought, so that is why I panicked so much! It was certainly an over-reaction though

Anxiety etc is a causal factor .
