      Maybe a little bit of numbness in the glands. I don't know about coldness i have to check. No tingling. Tension? Maybe a little bit of hard flaccid, it just doesn't look as big as it used to look.

        Sounds like you need to take a look at HANS protocol, which I think was already mentioned. I was thinking you may need to strengthen your PF, but you've got tension. You need to rid that tension and then go from there.

            Don't ever be ashamed to go to the doctors. Doctors are there to help you with the "embarrassing" things. That's what they're there for!

                I've told numerous doctors about me doing PE and I have never been judged.

                  Okay guys. This is my plan for the next week.
                  - Get my full sleep (wake up without alarm)
                  - Deep squats daily + stretches daily
                  - Keep the pelvic floor muscles relaxed
                  - Reverse kegels
                  - No masturbation
                  - No porn

                        It's been a full week and flaccid looks bigger now. Also i'm focusing on boxing again so it will keep my mind off that. I will wait another full week.

                          Update:
                          Okay guys let me tell you that i've been depressed recently and i'm trying to fix the problem. So i've decided to start boxing. I've read that one guy cured his hard flaccid doing swimming laps so it might help me too.

                            I think boxing might cause you to tense your PF. Maybe?

                              I’m going to restart the whole thing because i was not doing any of the stuff i was supposed to do. I saw some improvements like bigger flaccid. But my erection quality is still bad. When i was 16 my dong measured 18 cm and now it’s 16 cm. Probably because of pelvic floor and bad erection quality. Am i going to get my old size back if i abstain from masturbation and i focus on my healing? I feel like i really need that positive reply that i’m going to regain it all back. I’m waiting for the positive replies guys . Thanks!
