  • Did stretch exercise, now the base of my penis hurts and my penis is bent downwards

    Please, help.

I was doing the beginners routine for almost a week now. Today (actually, that just happened), I was doing the stretches as normally, warmed for about 3~5 minutes, stretched forward for 30 seconds, than left, right, up and then down. When I was streching down, I suddendly felt a kind of acute pain at the base of my penis and immediately stoped streching and panicked thinking I injured my penis really bad.

I dont feel numbness, don't have bruises, rashes or anything like that, just this light pain at the base,a little more to the "inside" of the base and in the very early extension of my penis, sometimes my right ball hurts a little bit too, maybe I strained the ligament but I'm not sure.

And when I was trying to get my penis hard to see if everything was ok, I noticed it was bent downwards
lightely, but still noticeably. Is this permanent? My erection is like 80% compared to what normally is. I didn't found any case like mine.

(English is not my primary language, so please forgive me for any mistakes, is also kinda hard trying to communicate this while in panick as I am right now).

It sounds like you did stretch it a little too hard and strained the ligs some. Just give it a rest for a week and you should be OK. When you start back up lighten up on how hard you are pulling. You are still in a conditioning period right now.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I see, thank you so much, Cavalier. I hope it's just that.
I'll keep this up to date on my "recovery" in case anyone read this in the future.

you need to just rest and next time you do PE go a lot more gentle. I bet you if you rest for 3-5 days and don't worry about it you'll feel better. Do no exercises, no masturbating. Also if you start trying to check for your erections and have that anxiety and worry in the back of your head, that might impact your erectoins so just try to forget about it and rest and wait to see when you naturally get an erection again.

I had a soreness that went away with just pure rest and now my erections are back to normal thanks to the advice of the great people on here. It's been like probably 3-5 days. The good thing about this is if you listen to your PI's and let yourself heal when your body tells you ,we should be alright.

The people in this forum have great wisdom and wanna help so do your best to listen to the veterans and never try to grow or do these processes too fast. Accept that this is a slow process and you won't see results without commiting to the process for a long time and I think that's the healthiest mindset for us to do this safely.

Keep researching and next time you go at it, apply less pressure.

Thank you, alldayevereyday, I guess you are right. The thing that get me most anxious tho it's the bent, maybe it's too early to get worried by this but my penis is still bent at the base near the pubis (draw for reference: https://imgur.com/a/sWG4f) and I'm getting worried it will not heal back to it's place. I'm using boxers now all day to keep it pointed up to see if it heals properly. Maybe it's Peyronie's Disease? I can't feel any plaque anywhere tho.

Other thing making me anxious is that I think my penis shrank a little (maybe like 0.2~0.3cm).

Nothing of concern about the other symptoms I think. I feel pain very very rarely at the base and right ball and it's almost unnoticeable when I fix it in my underwear and I'm still getting morning wood everyday (but it's not as hard as before).

You need to stop overthinking things. I still consider myself "new", and have injured myself FAR worse than what you have described. I'm now going harder at things (after recovering, of course) than when I injured myself.

Yes, you can injure yourself. Yes, you need to be careful. But no, stop freaking-out when PI's go south. Rest, recoup, then you're back in business.

If one has ever played sports, did a sprained ankle stop you from continuing? A cold? The flu? Pulled muscle?

This might not be of any help at the moment but DLD Blasters should be considered a very advanced exercise. With such limited training experience you shouldn't be considering them at this time.

After several months, the pain is gone but my penis is still bent downwards and I cant maintain my erections for more than 1 minute maybe, even with stimulation, I simply dont know what to do anymore, I lost all hope.

Not really, what kind of massage exactly should I try?
Also, could this be a HF problem?

Have you had any mainstream medical input?

I recommend you get checked by a physio who does male pelvic floor work.

I think that you could try massaging the penis, specifically at the base where it was hurt. See if there is a tender spot. Massage underneath and at the side of the inner penis, too. Not too hard, just to help feel better.

I can imagine that there could be injuries that might lead to a change in erection angle, but I do not see why that would lead to ED. I think that the difficulty in maintaining an erection may be due to anxiety.

As Pegasus asked, have you seen a medical professional?

There isn't a tender spot, but I noticed I can kind off bend my penis up and down where the bend begins (it's a sharp angle, something like _/ but downwards) when it is in a "semi-hard" state. I have been working on my pelvic floor and trying to treat this anxiety part and now I have some spontaneous erections now and then, but they don't last long and they don't really reach 100%, maybe like 90% and it starts to diminish rapidly. The erection duration improved a little bit, but it is still far from what would be considered normal/ what used to be before this injury. Could this be a penile fracture even if I injured myself when I was flaccid? If not, maybe its lig damage, than is it permanent?

Also, when I get an erection, I feel some kind of pressure at the region where the bend occurs (like the erection is forcing the penis to unbend, so much that the bend almost disappears when I'm erect) and, very rarely, I feel a slight pain when it's at ~90%, almost like it's struggling to stay erect, no pain at all besides that.

I don't really have the conditions to see a doctor right now.
