  • Penile injuries, damaged penis that doesn't heal. What to do? Here is a checklist.

I got injured and learned a lot from trying to heal. And I am still learning.
I will just jot down a quick list of pointers for people to figure out themselves.

    1. Age & stress -
If you are young then your body still has great potential to heal. Do not freak out.
stress kills immune and disturbs healing. If you are under stress, either psychological, physical or environmental. Try to stay away from the stress. Let your body relax so it can focus on healing. The stress of any kind, bad relation, bad job, too much physical stress, no sleep, financial trouble, or living/working in toxic place. Stress from an ongoing physical sexual activity. If you have any such thing then the body can't do its best to heal the penis.

    2. Nutrition nutrition nutrition
Eat everything. Eat healthy. Green vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds.
If you survive on SAD diet. McDonalds, burger king, pizza, soda that is not gonna help your body.

An ample supply of these is a must to heal an injury.

Cod liver oil Vit A - lot of people are deficient in this.
Vit D - lot of people are deficient in this.
Minerals - copper - a lot of people are deficient in this. very essential for immune, healing, structure rebuilding.
iodine, silica - widespread deficiency of these.
Other minerals zinc, magnesium, chromium, boron, manganeses, calcium, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus. 72 Trace minerals.

Good protein complex - that has all amino acids. Especially collagen building blocks, lysine, glycine, proline, and NO production arginine, citrulline.
B complex with all NATURAL methylated active forms of B vitamins. B6, B9, B12
    Vit C ascorbate only
Good fats - Omegas. Phospholipids. PC, PS is essential for new cell building.

    3. Time
If it is taking too long to heal even after sufficient time and a good diet then it means you have to look deeper.

    4. Tricks
Scar tissue dissolving enzyme - serrapeptase etc. It helps to remodel, rebuild.
Superfoods - wheatgrass, chlorella, fruits and many herbs

    5. Unknown issues
If your immune is not functioning fully then it will take a long time to heal.
    Possible underlying issues include -
Do you have silent infections? do you have infections without any symptoms? Like viruses, retroviruses, HHV, CMV, HTLV, XMRV, HIV, or STDs.
Do you have other health conditions? Like chronic fatigue, Lyme, autoimmune issues, mold toxic, histamine issues, leaky gut, dysbiosis, environmental toxicity, heavy metal toxicity.
Do you have bad genes? If there are issues with basic processes like methylation then it can cause some trouble. Mutation in protein, enzyme building genes can cause slow healing speed.
    Do you have structural problems?
Do you have a thyroid, adrenal issues, hormone imbalances? Maybe the ED isn't really a physical matter but hormonal or psychological matter.

If you have any such issues then your imbalances are bigger, protein, hormone, enzyme activity is lower and you need more complete nutrition.

    6. Tests
See a doctor and dig deeper.
23andme genetic testing, use the raw data run it through an analysis tool like selfdecode.
Penile ultrasound - to check for venous leakage
    Blood tests, hormone tests

    7. Advanced options
    Sound wave penile therapy
    Platelet-rich plasma therapy
TB500 and BPC-157 - rapid wound healing peptides.

If all processes are working properly in your body, and you have the required nutrition then the body shall completely recover. Bodies are amazing in healing.

    Good luck

I used an extender, one of those metal rods and clamp thing. Stretched it too much, like an elastic band that lost the elasticity. Penis became limp, longer and unresponsive to any stimulation, no sign of blood flow doing the normal job of engorgement.
Had little improvement, ups and downs from trying many things. But didn't come close to 100%.
Now I can get a normal erection. But it needs a little hand of 30 seconds. Like an old man needs a hand for getting up from a chair, and also drops quickly. It is still not 100% responsive like a teenager. I want it to respond like seeing a girl a mile away used give me an instant rock solid standing. I am at the last stage trying TB500 and BPC157.

More than 6 months. No masturbation, no sex, no ejaculation.

I was impotent for 2 years. So I don't think just abstaining was enough. I had to deep dive, I discovered many things that I had to fix before I got any better.

This is a great idea.... But can you provide complete details of what suppliments and herbal foods you've taken that you believe contributes to your complete recovery? Also the therapy, etc.... Please share with the complete information as you can including the brand and dosage... Also, please don't forget to indicate a disclaimer as these may not work on all of us... Thanks!
