Almost at two months. The pin prick sensation is almost dulled and gone completely. I had some weird urgency to urinate sensations shortly after having written this. Felt like a UTI without any real pain, but lots of pressure on the bladder, and sensation of fluid in the tubes, along with a urine sensation at the tip. I sometimes have post-voiding dribble, but I can usually squeeze it out or shake it out no issue. Seems pretty common though. This was much more intense though. I waited a week to see if it would go away, but when I started to feel pain in the flanks, I decided to call my doc and report my symptoms. He prescribed 500mg Cipro for 5 days, but the day I went to pick up my Rx, the sensations had dwindled or improved. I took the antiobiotics anyway in case it was an infection. The sensation has improved drastically, but it does come and go. I'm trying to walk more and stretch more, and take it easier while at the gym, but I don't think it was any sort of infection. I know someone suggested I had a weak, or entrapped pelvic floor before, and this looks like it fits. I still have no real pain in the pelvis to speak of since this started, and this urinary issue I've had before, about 8 years ago after my testicular cancer surgery... i chalked it up to some sort of infection, or sensation from the incision on the pubic pad area. Maybe it was stress and anxiety all along though. Good news is it's improving, so I don't think it's nerve entrapment, but I think my anxiety finally got to me and I started to tighten my pelvis or something as a response and then this occurred. I'm taking Saw Palmetto anyway as of today and I'm still trying to kick this damn rash in my crotch with some sitz and Apple Cider Vinegar baths, and lotrimin. Hoping this is just a side effect of the rash cream or something maybe too.

Symptoms continue to improve as time goes on, but I began stretching a bit again, and started to notice kind of of a flutter, or "gulping" effect in my abdomen where my bladder kinda is. Happened last night a few times for a second, and then again this morning. It's like a second or so of like a spasm almost, but it's like a gas movement feeling almost. Kinda odd. Think I've had it before, but not sure. Also, I've been messing with the misses more since things have been getting better, but now my penis tip is super sensitive after a stretch session followed by masturbation in the shower. Feels like it could be sensitive due to the excessive attention, but it feels like a slight urine urge, even after I just urinated. Might be inflammation of the urethra. Either way, I'm just glad the node doesn't really cause any more discomfort, and I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things.

Man, I seem to have so many of the same symptoms you've described throughout this thread.

2 months ago I started off with a tingling/prickling sensation on the right side of the head along with random shooting pains which have now gone away.

Also feel the need to urinate more frequently (sometimes I'll piss and then literally 10-15 minutes later it feels like my bladder is full again) along with dribbling urine.

I'm also getting the same "fluttering" sensation in my lower abs that you've described.

Other symptoms include spasm feelings in my perineum (the sensations themselves are "pleasurable" though at the same time distressing to me since I don't know what it is), noticeably higher sensitivity of the penile nerves, and a burning sensation in my shaft and pelvic floor if I stimulate the underside of the glans. I've also noticed that my urine stream is slightly crooked and angled to the left.

Funnily enough, I had also increased the poundages on my leg press around the time this was happening just like you had mentioned. I have a rotated pelvis and as I increased the weight further and further I noticed the rotation was becoming more pronounced, so maybe it's connected somehow.

Anyway, I've had these weird symptoms for 2 months now and while the tingling/shooting pains are gone, the other stuff doesn't seem have be changing much and it's starting to really frustrate/worry me. I'm planning to go see a pelvic floor physio to see if they have any insight.

Sounds like we're both in the same boat, or at least really close.

I've made somewhat of a connection here, and it's based mostly on my posture or how I sit. I notice that almost every symptom I have or have had goes away when I stand up. I've also made a strong connection between lower back pain right in the lumbar region above the buttocks as that has been almost entirely present for the last almost 3 months. My dull ache is gone, but I do get a pinch or prick in the penis head just above the first image I showed on the first page. It has obviously moved since this began, but it's extremely rare and last for about a few seconds maybe. I noticed a change in how my bladder feels, as once I get up to pee in the morning, that's when symptoms start the moment I either lay back down, or sit down somewhere. If I just keep walking... no issues. I do believe it's some sort of sciatica nerve pain or some sort of lower spine injury. I was doing great last week. No urges or anything really, then I started doing sitz baths with epsom salt to clear up my jock itch... which finally did, but shortly after my sitz bath, I tried to rub one out and boom, we start up the whole urgency process again. I think I got some soap or bleach in the urethra, as it felt like the sensation or urge was in the urethra, but I realize that when I lay down, there's always some sort of sensation that indicates the bladder is full or partially full. It's really weird, but I'm hoping it disappears soon enough. I don't think I really hurt anything, but I may have somehow strained or pulled some muscles or nerves and those can take forever to heal sometimes. I do get a weird pain sometimes when I move my legs out, that runs from the perineum up the buttcrack and sometimes up past my testicles. I would've freaked out more about it being next to my testicles, but the one I have on that side is fake, so I know it must be a nerve or nerves.

Keep in touch here, feel free to report your condition improvements if anything, and let me know if the specialist tells you anything.

This is at least partly pf there seems to be in addition a confounding factor possibly back . Indeed back issues are often related to pf tightness .

I suggest a physio who does male pelvic floor work . She can look for back issues as well as pelvic floor issues .
You can describe pelvic pain /numbness etc .

Yeah I have to agree. Although thankfully my back pain is improving, so I'm hoping the other symptoms do soon enough... my issue is that my symptoms change weekly it seems.

I think a physio would not find that too confounding.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm without health insurance right now, so physio is a bit more than my wallet can stand. Hopefully it sorts out on its own.

Another dumb symptom is the feeling of chaffing or burning on the hip when wearing pants. There's no red mark, no actual chaffing. Weirdest thing.
