Going to start PE again tonight or tommorrow. By the way do you need to take time off from kegels evry few days or can you just do it every day?

Your PC/BC muscles require rest just like any other skeletal muscles. If you are working them to build them up then I recommend that you work them hard every other day at most. You can continue to do start/stop kegels whenever you pee but if you are doing a full kegel routine, every other day will probably give you the best results.
If, however, you begin to wonder if you need a bit more rest, then you probably do.

This happened to me as well some time back after trying methods that were purchased from elsewhere. I saw the problem as 2-fold:
The first thing was that the warm up method suggested i use a heating pad for like 10 min. I noticed that my penis was not radiating heat as much as if i were to do hot water in a cup.
The second thing was that i was jelqing way too hard. I was wanting fast results and mid way thru the jelq, i saw the burst with my own eyes. i was fast, like regular bleeding on top of the skin would have done.
Good news! Take a vacation, do some research to see that your methods have a strong foundation (like warming up. I do at the very least for light work days, 10 min with a cup larger than 24 oz and refill the water 5 min. in.) When all is better, continue the way of life!
