Second, if you have hard flaccid there is an overwhelming chance that there is nothing wrong with your dick on a physical level, i went to a doctor and got and ultrasound done, got a needle in my dick to fill it up to simulate an erection and check for possible leaks, it was all fine. Doctor's don't know what it is...
It's either nerve damage or tight pelvic floor and im inclined to think its the pelvic floor since i have been able to get normal hard erections just not on the regular. I'm currently doing my own protocol, 2 weeks in and i have seen a bit of improvement, if it works out il make a post about it.
It stands for dynamic contraction technique. It’s a resistant stretching routine that focuses on turning on the muscle and then stretching it while it’s contracted (eccentric contraction/stretching) I’ve been doing it for quite a while and have noticed massive improvements

This sounds similar to elements of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching- which is considered superior to the typical static stretch.

Sports scientists as well as the best specialists in the world are reaching the cinclusion that stactic stretching basically doesn't do anything long term, any benefits are temporary.

I personally did 2 years of Bikram yoga and I found that if I took a extended break I would be back at square one in terms of muscle flexibility. Static stretching is definitely beneficial for warm ups though before intense exercise.

And what exactly are these exercises, or do we have to pay for the program to find out?

This has been used by bodybuilders for some time now to force fascial expansion. This gives the muscles a fuller look with more visible convolutions.

You said in a previous post that you've been doing exercises on your own and you've seen some change. So you probably don't need it anyway. Yes it is true that a lot of the concepts can be found for free online but that isn't what your paying for.

It's like saying paying for a workout routine designed by a professional trainer/physical therapist is a scam. Yes, most of the exercises can be found online but knowing how to create a program with the right exercises that create balances in strength, performance and any other value is what you pay for. Also, updates are always being made so if they find something new that works, you know they will update it. I understand a lot of people get turned off when they see a price tag o something but still.

The very person who started this thread has a paid PE training service. Think he has some techniques that can;t be found for free if you searched around the internet long enough. Or is it the knowledge and past experience at creating results by combining certain routines/exercises that you pay for.

Most forms of physical training have coaches in one form or another to speed up the learning curve. That being said, I- as a coach- encourage anyone who's skeptical of male enhancement training to educate themselves as much as possible and even test it out for themselves before spending any money.

I did. I used to piss a shit ton. The tight muscles will push against your urethra and caused all sorts of problems. Including a weak stream

I have found at times that I get hard flaccid from not ejaculating.

Consider my last 24 hours. Yesterday, I warmed up and air pumped for 45 minutes (3x15 min intervals). I had a nice engorged cock, was able to get good erections, and had good flaccid hang for the rest of the day. I got very aroused throughout my pumping session, but did not finish with an ejaculation.

This morning I woke up to a very retracted penis, stretched it in the shower, and jelqed to an erection. It didn’t last though, and I was dealing with retracted hard flaccid. Later this morning, I decided to masturbate to ejaculation and things are feeling looser in my flaccid hang now. Does this make sense? It makes me think that I should always ejaculate sometime after a PE session.
